Knocked together an Italian seafood stew with squid, large shell-on prawns, mussels in a tomato and fennel sauce and then steamed some sea bass fillets on the top at the end. Served it with plenty of crusty bread and Pinot Grigio.

Today I learned that if you're on GTP and your name is Steve, you're bound to be a good cook.

After eating very little and a lot of spinach salads, I allowed Big Booger to bring Taco Bell home for dinner. I see a lot of TP in my future.

Cinnamon Rolls!

Smoking wings for dinner!

Alambre...yes I'm Mexican..

Well, nobody's perfect, but at least you're eating good! Alambre is awesome stuff!

:P

Had some tangerines off the tree and waiting for the fish to finish cooking. Dinner soon. Pics to follow.

It was a very 'yellow and orange' kind of dinner. Pan fried fish, potato pancakes and carrots.

Camel Toe fritter? ;)

Last night I made a fish tray bake with buttered and salted Jersey Royals plus a spinach, mint and balsamic vinegar salad:

Lunch was a hot dog with kraut and mustard with a side of Dutch potato salad.

Dinner: Fried Chicken Tender, Mac 'N Cheese, Potato Pancakes and Broccoli with Cheese.

Extra mature cheddar sandwich with seeded bread, sea salt and balsamic vinegar crisps, 8 Thornton's Smilies, cup of coffee and a pint of water.

Weather = summer, food = bbq. Chicken sate with courgette, red pepper, and red onion.

And for the vegies, I prepped salmon with mini tomatoes, Italian herbes (it says so on the bottle), pepper, olive oil, and lemon.

For lunch, I made roasted pork tenderloin with carrots and mushrooms over a bed of watercress. I also had rice and a salad with that.

Dinner was grilled pork chops with a bbq rub, and grilled plantains with a rum/brown sugar/pepper glaze (turned out amazing), and garlic bread.

Keeping with the current theme, some leftover piri-piri pork chops and chicken shish kabobs with peppers, cherry tomatoes and red onions.

Just a little off topic, does anyone know a good quality organic probiotic yogurt from the UK ?.Not Rachels or Yeo Valley as they are not so good.I am not familiar with how you make your own yogurt with the correct ingredients see.

S&S.

Making some Chili Mac. 1 pound box of Barilla Elbows, 4 packs of Kraft cheese (pillaged 4 boxes of Kraft Mac & Cheeze), 1 cup of milk. 1 stick of butter (both heated in the microwave to blend cheese and not cool the dish), 1 can of Wolf Chili (no beans of course).

I always heat milk and butter and mix in the cheese, it makes for a better cheese sauce and doesn't clump. Even when I make 1 box of Mac & Cheese, I heat them in a measuring cup and make the cheese sauce.

That tip is free :P
