Frustrating, over done to mush on the outside and nearly raw in the middle. Medium knob position for an hour (410 or so). Too high of heat, even though I cooked it indirectly. I can cook these all day long to perfection on the Weber Kettle.

Unfortunately, I'm down to a bag and a half. This is from this time 2010. I'm using the gasser a lot more than I'd like to.

Had some buffalo wings and a Caesar salad that I bought at QFC, I still have another small container with more buffalo wings and a Turkey Pesto sandwich for later on.

Got a lovely peppered pork joint roasting in the oven and some other bits to go with it. Can't wait for lunch!

About to suck down a 24oz tall boy of Icehouse EDGE, sitting in the freezer. This stuff is nasty when it's true flavor is revealed at room temp. At least it has 8%abv. My wife bought it. It tastes nothing like regular Icehouse.

Still, too hot to cook last night. I had nothing for dinner time, but had it much later when it cooled off. I had turkey breast sandwich with chips and sour cream and green onion dip.

Bought a whole 3lb pollack from the fish market for £6 (winner! :D) so I made parmesan and herb crusted pollack with a chilli and herb bean salad. Yumski!

Had 3 tacos and a torta, from a Mexican restaurant, its good and delicious, but not as good as when my grandma cooks them.

God I love those ^^^^

Eating chicken fingers. I love them. Big fat and thick and lightly breaded with blue cheese. Restaurants around here make them perfectly.

Finally, not too hot to make something. Boys wanted... hot dogs. OK, don't really have to cook again, fine with me! I do plan to smoke some ribs, though. For the fourth. Maybe a couple of dogs, too.

So, for now, it was hot dogs for dinner. Whatever. I had two with kraut and mustard with a side of potato salad.

If you add a couple of eggs and ladle on the gravy thick, you would essentially have home made loco moco.

No work tomorrow so I'm enjoying a few moonshine margaritas. (100 proof)

Dinner will be grilled chipotle pork loin with veggies.

No thank you. That sounds really weird lol.

Independence ribs. Independence has never tasted so good. I'm not that patriotic :sly:

Crispy fried pork dumplings make a good lunch.

Yes, I'd eaten half before I took the pic. I was hungry. :)

Look good Shem - so oil and a wok are going on your epic journey then? Oh, and a pig. :dopey:

I had pan seared lamb cutlets roasted with garlic and vine tomatoes last night.
