Alfredo sauce, Tortellini with Penne Regate noodles, shrimp, and fresh mushrooms. The shrimp was fried and seasoned with a little Mrs Dash. Mushrooms were cooked in light butter. This is sooooo dang good. Made enough for about 3-4 meals. I usually eat this with a couple pieces of wheat bread.

Brunch was an onion bagel with jalapeno cream cheese. Jalapeno cream cheese is the best cream cheese of all time! Though, I have yet to try the chipotle cream cheese...

Racid? Your loss, not mine.

Don't knock it before you try it. Donut goes nicely with the cranberries and celery.

I might have to try that at some point, but not entirely convinced. But I suppose the proof is in the pudding. Or donut.

I am still hoping someone else on here tries the Ramen burger I am always talking about. The Ramen burger is a bizarre combo but tastes amazing. Imagine the donut burger just posted but using ramen noodles instead of the donut. I posted a couple videos about it.

Dinner was a pulled pork french roll sandwich with a side of more pulled pork. Blue Moon Gingerbread Spiced Ale and a brownie for dessert.

It's common, these days. It started with the cheeseburger about 10-12 years ago.

*dies from massive heart attack* Anyways, I had Sam's Choice (Walmart Brand) frozen pizza for dinner. :yuck: It sucks living in an area where frozen 🤬 is your only option due to the lack of a good local pizzeria.

I gotta say this is my favorite frozen pizza, despite the $1.25 price tag. Of course you MUST add more frozen mozzarella cheese and I usually add oregano and crushed red peppers.

I cook it on a wire rack, not the oven rack like in the instructions, and I have a flat pan on the bottom oven rack to catch any dripping cheese.

I used to buy the Mexican style and add frozen cheddar cheese and a couple packets of Taco Bell hot sauce, but I can't find those anymore.

Was up at 5.00 AM this morning, so decided to have some Brown Rice Krispies with milk and honey.
No go. Several Forums later, I'm starving; so now I'm now up for bacon and eggs.

Off to fry . . . .

Chicken filet filled with mushrooms and some onions on top. Technically I'll eat it for lunch tomorrow but well...I cooked it today. :P

Home in bed with a bad flu. Sore muscles, sore throat, sore glands and sore kidneys with high temps, congestion and yet I feel like I'm freezing to death! I hate the flu!!!
So, I just had a peanut butter and cheese sandwich with hot chicken noodle soup and cheese crackers. My go-to flu meal!

Funny thing, I'm watching reruns of Emergency! That was the show that was on when I was home sick with the flu when I was just a little kid in the late 70's. Feel so weird, right now! Time warp!

20 year old Warres port with some Stilton. Ah, I can feel my arteries hardening with every mouthful...

Dinner was bbq smoked pork burrito with chile verde and jalapeno refried beans.

Brunch just now was the same as yesterday. Chicken noodle soup, peanut butter and cheese sammich with Big Cheez-It crackers.

This evening I ate more than I should and immediately started to watch television. I put myself in a horizontal position on the couch (= lay down) and fell a sleep (for more than an hour).

Result; upset stomach. :ill:
