Also tried a new kind of hot sauce. Should've read the label better to see how hot it was, I can't feel my face. It was good though.
 
I had my usual Birthday Meal tonight! Homemade beef and cheddar cheese enchiladas with Spanish rice. Birthday chocolate cake and ice cream for desert.

2 sandwiches consisting of wheat bread, Mayo, American cheese, provolone cheese, salami, ham and bologna with lettuce and a glass f orange juice.
 
I made another batch of chilli / stew for the crockpot. I make enough to last at least 6-7 days eating it twice a day.

2 lbs of steak, 1lb of sausage, 1 lb of hamburger, green beans, fresh mushrooms, potatoes, 2 cans of stewed flavored tomatoes. After I brown the sausage, hamburger, and steak on the stove, I let it cook in the crockpot for at least 6-8 hours. Sooooooo good.

Sunflower seed bread with Manuka honey, cheese. Also mixed milk with honey, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, fruitjuice, sea buckthorn sweetened with honey, Almonds, Brazilian nuts and raisin. Yummy.
 
Last night I stopped at Burger king and picked up 3 chicken sandwiches off the $1.00 menu. When I got home I mixed up some Franks Red hot and butter. Something about Franks Red hot with butter then poured it onto the chicken. Perfect combination. Mmmm sooo good.

Aaaahhhhh, acid reflux. :crazy:
I struggle with that too. Sometimes on a daily basis. I cant even eat anything with raw onions like salsa or I will practically die. Only thing I found that works VERY well for acid reflux is Zantac 150.

2 days ago, I stopped counting calories after 18 days of counting them. Yesterday evening, I eat much more than I did for the last 18 days. Due to eating more, I had less energy to work out.

So eating less = more energy

Eating too much = less energy.
