I googled black pudding and was surprised to find out that it isn't pudding at all but some kind sausage.

Made with oats and pigs blood, dispensed into a sausage skin, then boiled to be cooked before sale. Then, in the UK at least, it gets cut into slices and fried.

Just a spinach salad today for a late lunch after eating very little this morning (tea biscuits with peanut butter). Preparing for all hell to break loose on Sunday. So far, I have smoked BBQ St. Luis Style ribs, homemade baked beans, ABT's, chips with two kinds of dip (chipotle and green onion), hot dogs, potato salad, ice cream, cake, beer and soda.

Some fruitjuice and 10grams cashew nuts.

I started counting calories again. I stopped counting calories on january 20. I didn't lose weight since than, eventhough I work out. Which meands that I eat more calories without even knowing it.

Going to have some fruit this morning.

Fruitjuce.

Clementine

Banana

Kefir, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cocos, honey, raisins, sea buckthorne juice without honey, wild fruit juice. All mixed together.

I don't have a picture but I have been making my own chicken sandwiches at home. Franks Red hot in melted butter, lettuce, sliced tomato, mayo on the buns, and cheese. I mentioned this before, but there is just something magical about Franks Red Hot with chicken. Especially if you melt the butter and mix in the Franks Red Hot. So dang good.

Also been eating a fair amount of chilli in the crockpot usually using steak. And I made some mini breakfast sausages wrapped in croissant biscuits. Tonight I am thinking about having Ramen Burgers.

Frank's Red Hot seems to be a staple at many Restaurants and Diners (especially Diners!) around here - and we always have a bottle or two at home ourselves. Too soury for me, and the heat isn't really the best flavour, but it still goes on all the same. I'm still looking around for a hot sauce that suits my palette but yet to find one satisfactory enough.

Meanwhile . . . with no pie to go around - it's strudel a la mode for me:

Did you try it with butter like I suggested? I cant stand franks red hot by itself. BUT if I melt some butter in a small bowl and mix in the Red Hot its delicious with any chicken. I don't really like FRH on anything other than chicken. And only with melted butter.

Last night I cooked up 2 servings worth of Ramen Burgers with hamburger. I ate one serving last night and will eat the 2nd serving tonight. I still cant believe how incredible these things taste.

Has anyone tried a Ramen Burger using chicken patties? I might have to try that sometime. At that point I guess it would be called a Ramen Chicken Sandwich.

Just had a hoagie from Wawa. For those of you who don't know what a Wawa is, it's pretty much a mini food market that sells all sorts of food/drink items. It's similar to a 7-eleven. Anyway, the hoagie contained breaded chicken, mayo, and lettuce. It might not seem like much but boy was it good!

Eating cheese crackers again, specifically CheezIts.
They are too addicting to have in this house!

The last of the Super Bowl meal leftovers. Spinach salad for brunch.

Tomorrow, I'll have nothing! Too much crap the last few days.

For the Super Bowl, the party I went to had bacon-wrapped jalapeno poppers, chips and guacamole, tacos with shredded pork simmered in green chili and molten chocolate cakes for dessert.

Oh, and also a ton of beers and liquors.

Frank's Red Hot mixed with butter is a very basic way to make Buffalo wing sauce. Very good when made with Frank's Xtra Hot. 👍

Dinner last night was the other half of the Gino's East sausage pizza. (the one with the giant disc of sausage that spans the whole pizza)

Frank's Red Hot mixed with equal parts of margarine was the ORIGINAL hot wing sauce. The classic side of celery and ranch dressing was served to cool your mouth down from the hot sauce.

Had a large spinach salad after feeling dizzy and light headed from not eating all day.
