Kikie's Blue Cold is much better.

Having some seed, nuts and fruit juices at the moment.

Roasted a side of salmon last night. Top of the oven to make the skin crispy like pork crackling. Served it with baby new potatoes in yoghurt and dill with a Greek side salad. It might be cold and raining outside, but last night it was the middle of Summer in my dining room. :)

Frank's Red Hot mixed with equal parts of margarine was the ORIGINAL hot wing sauce. The classic side of celery and ranch blue cheese dressing was served to cool your mouth down from the hot sauce.

FTFY

The Anchor Bar in Buffalo is still my favorite place to go for wings. Used to be able to get their sauces around here but haven't seen them in stores recently. Have to order them online.

I could see the celery AND ranch helping to cool it down. However, some places must not be doing it right because they server just the celery with hot sauce. With no Ranch. The celery alone does not cool anything down. haha

Here's an idea for you guys, something that I re-discovered after many years and I can't believe I forgot about it. Pizza toast. And it really is as simple as that. Toast some bread, then put on tomato purée, cheese, and whatever toppings you desire. I'll be honest I have no clue what the oven settings and timings are so you'd have to look that up yourself. But oh my god is it delicious. Really good for when you want pizza but have no money to order one or not hungry enough to eat a whole one.

@Callumfromleeds - What is this "not hungry enough" thing you speak of? :P
A poor way of phrasing it I admit. I had it after I'd indulged myself on much carrot cake and éclairs but decided after I actually wanted what my nan would call 'real food' but not so much it all ended up down the drains.

Even better and easier than that is you combine those pizza ingredients and put it into a sandwich maker.

Insanely easy to use and cooks within a couple minutes.

Eating a bit healthy.

English muffin with a bit of honey inside.

Sandwich with cucumbers, cheddar cheese slice from the block, and a garlic, and tomato basil cheese spread. Pretty damn good.

Now for a jello.

Nothing anymore before going to bed. I just burned, according the crosstrainer/hometrainer, 828Kcal.

Started breakfast with a banana, clementine and some blue berries and bread with Manuka honey.

Just had some leftover rice pilaf from Fish Friday with some low salt Ritz and a few cackies with PB. Oh, and a half of banana and some fresh squeezed OJ. Love how fresh squeezed OJ separates. The heavy bits on the bottom and the water on the top.
