This is like crack cocaine. I'm bout to go Philip Seymour Hoffman on this strawberry banana.

Thank god there's no added sugar in that crack, otherwise you'd be bouncing off the walls!

Last night I made crispy skin roasted chicken thighs with asparagus and tomatoes cooked with bacon and red wine.

Had my usual morning glass of juice.

Today is "Eat Italian food day" so naturally I brought General Tso's chicken for lunch.

I have been in the mood lately for broccoli for some strange reason. So I put fresh broccoli in a steam bag with a little butter and water. 3-4 minutes in the microwave and its nice and mush the way I like it. :)

Just made a smoked salmon and scrambled egg breakfast with Champagne for my wife. Next we're off to one of our favourite restaurants for lunch... to be continued. :D

Made another chicken sandwich with franks red hot and butter. This time I had 2 chicken patties, 2 slices of cheese, lots of lettuce, mayo, a couple slices of tomato, and bread. Had to eat with a fork. Soo dang good. I also tried some different Cheeze It grooves. This flavor was "Sharp White Cheddar" and these are much better than the cheddar ranch imo.

Brunch was awesome. Ham and Swiss on French Bread and a pint of Batch 19 Lager.

I added pure cranberry juice to my dinner (mix of all the seeds and rainin and kefir and honey and etc....). Pure cranberry juice makes me make faces when drinking it.

Went out for Valentine's Day, so I had mixed antipasti starter, chicken and proscutto with potatoes and green beans, followed with tiramisu and a bottle of white wine.

Food, I'm eating food. Same as always. Mixed a lot of things together and I'm eating it right now. I'm still chewing while typing this.

Had spaghetti with Bolognaise sauce and cheese for lunch.
