Don't need to tell you what I had for dinner last night, so lets skip ahead to brunch today.

Pozole

No way, man. It's just maple potato chips. They're so gross.

Dinner was epic. Carnitas burrito with cheese and salsa verde, frijoles refritos with cheese, Mexican rice and pozole.

Dude, everything you eat is all the same color. Browns and yellows. Any greens in there or do you take an awesome fiber supp? You must have an iron stomach.

Dude, I eat TONS of spinach salad! It's just NOBODY wants to see those pics! Hence why, I don't post a pic of dinner every night, like tonight. So, take a wild guess what I had tonight?

OK, I'll post a pic what I enjoyed while watching the Oscars tonight...

Lol. Spinach salad rocks. The only way I like spinach is raw. And I love it like Popeye.

I think I'd be executed for crimes against humanity if I ate nothing but mexican and casseroles. Send me to Ukraine... I'll disperse those crowds. Imagine if John Kerry wasn't a complete retard. He would have organized The Great Taco Drop of 2014, and there would be peace in the crimea.

Exactly what I said a few pages back. :D

Raw baby leaf spinach with spring or 50/50 salad mix is what I eat a lot of every day. Casseroles are what the boys like most, and what I grew up on and first learned to make when I was on my own. Cheap, easy to make, tasty and lasted for dinner for an entire week. Can't get better than that!

Right now, I'm having a late night snack of some more 'brown and yellow.' Easy cheese, crackers and salame slices. I had salad for dinner, so it's OK. ;)

Raw spinach? Never had raw spinach. Must try it.

I wanted to make green beans with salmon but my father wasn't hungry so we just had some soup.

Apparently, what I ate at breakfast can be considered as partially paleo diet. It's not my intention. I just like it.

Chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, raisin, cocos, honey, walnuts, blue berries and this all mixed together.

10 minutes earlier I had a handful of cashew nuts.

Flan!

Finally got a chance to taste the desert my grandma showed me how to make, flan, not the one from the box but how she learned to cook it in Mexico (grandma passing down the family traditions down to me), it was more easier than I thought it was going to be - but for me the extremely difficult part is waiting for the flan to cool down enough to eat (especially when it smells so good).

Yesterday, I had a ham and swiss cheese sandwich for a late lunch/brunch. No dinner. But, for a midnight snack I had a spinach/spring salad and some crackers with peanut butter. My total calories for the day was less than 800.

So far today, I've had nothing. Don't know what to eat, so I'm not eating. Just trying to stick to my 1,500 calorie a day diet with a lot of greens. Some days go over that and some days go under. I've had too much fat and carbs with those two Mexican meals. It's all about balance. Maybe my posts don't show that, but it does happen. It must for me to stay healthy.

Also, no booze for a couple of days, too. Booze is bad with a lot of empty, but enjoyable, calories. Another person on another website I go to was concerned with what I eat and drink. That same thing was toched upon here in this thread. Just letting you know, I just don't just eat 'the good stuff' I post. Most of those meals are the ONLY thing I have to eat all day. Everything in moderation, people and always balance it out!

:)

After not eating all day, had something to eat. The last of the slow roasted spicy carnitas in a burrito with salsa verde and some ablondigas. Sorry, no pics this time.

Since I never posted a pic of ablondigas, I took some off the net. It's basically soup with carrots, celery and potato with spicy Mexican meatballs.
