Supper was a lively slab of pork tenderloin with a brown sugar, coriander, cayenne pepper, garlic (and a few other things I don't recall ( I MUST make a large batch of this in a shaker for future use!)) rub, sweet corn and a dijon mustard, white wine vinegar and shallot potato salad.

Verdict: The kids went back for seconds on everything so into the rotation it goes! :D

Tenderloin is a lovely cut of meat.

Bacon (pancetta) double cheese burger (steak hachees) was for dinner tonight.

I've been eating brie, camembert, roquefort, quiche, crepes, baguettes, and croissants for a month. While it's great, I decided today I was going to have myself a proper North American meal. Did my best to make it as greasy, fatty, and delicious as possible.

Since I have been eating vegetables and fish during the week, I treated myself this weekend. During this week I will be eating fish and vegetables again.

Breakfast burrito for dinner. With scrambled egg, cheddar cheese and breakfast sasuage. Little booger ate all the tater tots I made for them as an after school snack. I grounded him for six months and making him peel a 10 lbs. sack of potatoes only using his fingernails to peel them. He then must turn them into hash browns for breakfast for the next several days.

:P

Turkey sandwich, roast beef sandwich, roasted potatoes, green beans, chocolate chip cookies, lemonade and wedding cake.

Same prepackaged salad my wife picked up with dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds and poppy seed dressing, corn on the cob and pork tenderloin marinated in white wine vinegar, honey mustard, garlic, olive oil salt and pepper all washed down with Green Thunder Mio. Delish.
