Last night was leftover lasagna. Breakfast this morning was a chicken breast and Swiss cheese sandwich with a banana and Clementine. Lunch will be two more Clementines with more leftover lasagna. I might grab a small salad at the cafeteria in my building too.

For supper I split a 6 pack and a pound with the boys and still managed to stay under my calories for the day due to being too busy at work to eat very much. Not ideal, but it worked out today.

If you ever visit Scarborough, drive down to the intersection of Warden and Lawrence, pull into Harry's Drive-In and ask for a "Chicken Souvlaki Dinner." You get braised chicken, fresh-cut fries and a Greek salad drizzled with lemon sauce. Hot buttered bun and a dish of tzatziki sauce for a dip.

I'm making pork tamales for the Super Bowl tomorrow. Today was prep day:

1. Simmered/shredded the pork.
2. Made the masa dough.
3. Made the red pepper (I used ancho) chile sauce.

Tomorrow is assembly day.

I'm pretty disappointed in these. They taste just like honey bbq, but without that tanginess.
