Last night we had grilled mani mahi with "zesty lemon" seasoning and green beans.

with fries (not sure if French or freedom). But the definitely weren't chips.

They look like chips to me. Considering crayfish are from the water I'd say you're rather close to a plate of fish 'n' chips there, mate. ;)

On a side note, 'French' fries probably originated in Belgium, but freedom fries are certainly 'Murican.

Made this for dinner. Chicken drumsticks and mushrooms seasoned with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning and grilled in a cast iron skillet. Had some baby carrots and bread on the side as well.

Friday lunch, fried crawfish tails with fries (not sure if French or freedom). But they definitely weren't chips.

I wish crawfish tails were available here. (Aside from the ones Popeye's has) The only ones I can find in stores are the Chinese crawfish and I won't touch those.

I had a big brunch while watching the NASCAR race today. Cheesy scrambled eggs, hash browns, a sausage patty and sausage gravy with an English muffin. I love breakfast anytime of day.

Orange Chicken and Fried Rice again. :)
Not eating these miniature green tree-like things though. :yuck:

My kind of veggie soup - with meat!
I normally say beef vegetable soup, but it isn't beef and chicken vegetable sounds weird.

This is the first time I've used ground chicken. I prefer beef or venison, but ground chicken is definitely better than ground turkey in this. Chicken absorbs the flavors better.

And tonight I had McDonald's. Meh.

@FoolKiller, my mother in Louisville makes that all of the time. I wonder if this is a regional thing. Here was my first attempt a while ago.

Your broth looks so much richer (and better). I don't remember what I used as a base for this soup, but I spoke to my mother and she says she uses V-8 juice or tomato juice.

If you would be so kind as to share your recipe, it would be greatly appreciated. The beans seem like a great addition by the way.

Saturday I made a giant pot of vegetable soup with ground chicken.

And for Sunday's dinner I added a grilled cheese to go with it.

Exactly what I have been eating the last week. Also crockpot lasagna again.
