What are you Eating/Drinking?

I've not been feeling well for just over a week now, and this is about the only thing I can hold down without wanting to cough my lungs into outer space. So, I've had plenty of Wheels & Cheese. Sometimes I add a dash of salt. Bland frozen dinners seem to be the easiest things for me to eat right now. I have had their Spicy Chicken Alfredo a couple times, but that has too much going on. I'll have to try it when I feel better because for a frozen dinner I think it might be pretty alright.

Did I mention these are only 82 cents a meal?

I used to live off Michelina's when I worked overnights. They seemingly have 1 of 2 outcomes, about as bad as you would expect from a cheap frozen meal and surprisingly good.

This morning I almost choked on 100% raw cacao powder. :D
It wasn't completely mixed with my kefir and when I inhaled while putting a spoon full of kefir with cacao powder in my mouth, I inhaled the powder.

We are making taco's for dinner (double decker style for this guy). I had to go to the store to pick up some odds and ends. Amongst the ends, i got this odd as a means to add balance to the insanity i bought a couple days ago.

These tacos look soo yummy!

Thanks! Having an Instant Pot now, definitely looking to try more things out.
Have you happen to have made the butter chicken yet? Only asking because, while I don't have an Instant Pot, I just made it again and just like last time it didn't reach full pressure and sealed. The paneer saag did just fine but not this.

I made some chicken breast along with some Kraft spiral mac & cheese and on a whim I added some crushed red pepper to the mac & cheese. I think that will be how I make it from now on.

Not yet. I had just remembered that I had saved the recipe to try.

Tried my first attempt at making a salmon burger. Wasn't pretty, and looked nothing like the picture on the recipe, but it still tasted good.

Air fried some Arby's fries on the side.

Waffle iron or electric? We bought an electric waffle maker that works really well. Just doesn't look as sexy as old-style iron.
A likely soon to be replaced electric. It recently started sticking so I'm going to try cleaning the living daylights out of it to see if that helps.

Probably shouldn't have tried cooking gummy bears in it.

Note: I did not cook gummy bears in my waffle maker. That's what the air fryer is for.
What is that white stuff?
Butter. And it's yellow. :)

Not quite sure what that's supposed to be.

If it's meant to suggest you're intrigued, it was delicious.

If it's meant to suggest you're confused...grate parmesan cheese finely, zest lemon, combine cheese and zest, pop popcorn, toss cheese/zest mixture into popcorn, drizzle melted butter and toss again, enjoy.

A fluffernutter.

I have not heard about this until I saw a Facebook post about it. With some research, it is a nor'easter thing.

I'm quite pleased. More fluff, less nutter. And it suits my fancy.
