Gluten-free Huel.

Yup.

Need to do something about the state of my diet before the impact of it on the state of my health gets me in trouble.. so I figured I'd give it a try.

Last night's dinner was a breaded steak sandwich. Made an extra to have for lunch later today.

This morning I got an apple fritter and some milk.

My morning breakfast. Nothing like a tasty ego triple stack loaded with pb&j.

I also made the mistake of buying this...

It is insanity indeed. Stupidly hot. It smells great, but a dab off the bottle wasnt the best. I'll probably use it mixed in dishes with other hot sauces like Franks, where i want that taste but real heat too or a dab in some dipping sauces. Gonna give it a proper go this afternoon on some potatoes

It seem to recall the intention for Dave's was to be mixed in with chili and the like, not slathered on pizza like Frank's can be.

Supper last night after @Fried Chicken 's concert was another fantastic batch of chili chicken from the Himalayan Yak. Even got leftovers unless a kid gets ahold of them first.

We are making taco's for dinner (double decker style for this guy). I had to go to the store to pick up some odds and ends. Amongst the ends, i got this odd as a means to add balance to the insanity i bought a couple days ago.

Yet another attempt at paneer saag, pressure cooker version this time.

Wife is flipping out over it, I'm less enthused. To me it still needs something, likely the acidity that tomatoes would add as this had none in it. Had to add a bunch more spices, too, as it was fairly bland.

Chased it with a piece of air fried naan. Crispy on the top, chewy on the bottom.

Looks absolutely vile, tastes decent.

And if a burrito comes out like that, you might want to change your diet.

I don't know...it looks pretty decent to me, but then I'm already familiar with palak paneer and saag paneer.

@TB you mentioned making uour own paneer--have you tried yet?
