Gluten free brownie with some of the eggnog made into a cheesecake like topping. It's supposed to have caramel drizzled over the top but that woul be, well, over the top.

Lasagna or is it Lasange. I can't get enough of this stuff. First a whole pizza and now Lasagna(e).

I had to make it kaputt or I couldn't get it defrosted in time (in the oven). It is only 1 portion of what I prepared.

The lasagna was delicious. I had to go back to the kitchen 2 times after that first portion the finish everything I prepared.

It's my understanding that lasagne is the plural form, either referring to the noodles used in a lasagna dish or to the many types of lasagna dishes; "lasagne are layered with meat, cheese and sauce" or "lasagne don't have to have meat or tomato sauce, and can be vegetarian with a cream sauce."

Nothing much. A very small handful of raisins and pine nuts (together).
Are those pine nuts roasted? I have a bag of raw pine nuts that I used as a crust for baked chicken.

I find myself not enjoying them raw.
