Supposedly the olive mayo topping is a Michigan thing.

And while our football teams suck, at least I am proud of something in this most strangest of states. Whoever figured that out is a true American hero. Way better to be know for that than a dang pasty.

I also had burgers for dinner. I accidentally bought a 1kg of “healthy mince” (no fat) so I mixed the patties with butter. 2 1/4 pounders with cheese in the middle and whole wheat black sesame seed bun.

Take that, iron deficient blood!

double quarter pounder

Not feeling well, don't wanna cook rn
Not feeling well is usually how I feel halfway through a double quarter pounder these days. Not sure why but I haven't been able to eat those like I used to lately.

A friend and I went karting the other day and followed it up with a pizza party. We went to a place called the Mellow Mushroom. I totally forgot to take pictures but I ordered a Mighty Meaty and it was delicious.

Toppings:

- Pepperoni
- Crumbled bacon
- Sausage
- Ham

The dough was not crunchy to my surprise for a thinner crust. Pleasant surprise because I don't care much for pizza that stabs inside of my mouth. Thin, soft base to a thick, puffy rim. Although the outside crust was thick, it still managed to have enough air in it to where it didn't feel real heavy in the stomach.

Not my picture. Thanks Google and TripAdvisor. Mellow Mushroom restaurants are mostly located in Eastern United States but have a few locations West and Midwest.

Has anybody else had this before? I really enjoyed it. @phillkillv2.

Leftover lentil salad from last night; it had roasted red peppers, pickled green tomato and red onion, preserved lemon, lots of parsley and some feta. I fried an egg and put it on top for that hot/cold thing.

I had (cold) fried chicken and rice for breakfast. No the healthiest start to the day but my mother-in-law makes some excellent fried chicken so it’d be rude not to eat it.

Made guacamole. I usually chop up and toss a couple jalapenos in there to kick it up a notch, this time though, on top of the jalapenos, I added half a habanero.

Bad idea? Amazing idea.

Homemade pita bread filled with ground lamb that was sauteed with fire roasted tomatoes, roasted red peppers, onions, seeded jalapeño, preserved lemon, cumin seed and dry turmeric, all topped with an extra dill-y tzatziki.

Kitkat Chunky, bag of corn crispy things and 7 pints.
I did have 2 quarter pounders for lunch (lean meat) but they quickly left a void after the beer.
If I was in Oregon I’d be cutting my breakfast on a mirror... but alas, I’m not at the complete arse end of the world lol.

.I had no idea what I was going to eat tonight, but after looking here, it had to be chili.

I normally eat chili with saltine crackers, or over spaghetti (I am from Kentucky, and that is a thing there).

I ate this with Tostitos Scoops. That is why I added the jalapenos. It was head sweating good.

I've been eating chicken enchiladas for two days and that's close enough to chili for me.

(The heartburn is intense...)
