What did you buy today?

agh, I've seen the nardo three times but never a supra. I got Shigeno's AE86, so I can't complain. I adore the 2002, but the back needs to have sharper lines, almost like the e30 look.

I am a Supra fan. Driven a few that push 900+hp to the ground. I have had my butt in that Supra since I got it. Keeping it right at 500, painted chrome green. What a joy to drive.

The 2002 is really a great driving car. I agree about the rear end lines. Still charming to look at and drive.

Shigenos 86, I am on the hunt now.
Can Nardos be traded? Another one just popped up in my UCD (I dont know why) and I can send it to you (no, I am not a duper).

An Alfa Romeo 8C in Competition Yellow. I also got a Yellow racing suit that matches the car. I'm using it to do the 500pp A-Spec seasonals.

My second Chaparral 2J! I had been wanting a backup one for a long time because I've been grinding mine so much on the 650pp seasonals. Also, I just landed on a magical tune which is so much fun it encouraged me to just drive the hell out of my grinding 2J today to make back much of the credits required to get the second one!

And as my 430th car I bought my 2nd Chapparal 2J !

Edit-- You too huh? 👍

That is a beautiful car. Too bad I cannot effectively drive the bloody thing on sports tires.

FINALLY! I got the Miura after almost two years of playing GT5. Awesome car. It's faster than its numbers might suggest. I was stunned to see that the car weights roughly 1800lb. It's like an Elise but with an almost 400HP V12.

It isn't that bad with Sports Medium when fully stock. I use it that way and the car is very forgiving even without assists. The only thing is that it doesn't like to be driven sideways...

I bought a Nissan Xanavi Nismo R34 GT-R from used car dealership today, my favorite car in GT4 and finally i have it on GT5, tuned her up and drive around Nurburgring :)

A Red Bull X2010 from the dealership, I had 20 million so I bought one in orange just for kicks.

The only real interesting car I got was another Chevrolet C6 ZR1. I bought this car primarily so that I could have a non-racing version of this car. I have tuned it up primarily to keep it below 600PP like with the Stars and Stripes Seasonal (non-racing American cars no greater than 600PP).

Besides this, I bought a few cars just to have some red colors available. I got a red Honda Beat along with a red 1990(?) Mazda RX-7 from the Online Car Dealership. Again- I just bought them for the color.

Sugar, Milk and biscuits today, fascinating thread, I love knowing what other people bought today on GT5, if only I could buy exactly the same things.....what?....I can?....Oh!:dunce:

You can measure how good the 5th installment of GT has been by this thread, people would rather look and post in this most pointless of threads and read what other people have bought rather than PLAY the game.

The sheer amount of posts in here means GT5 must be a very boring game for you all?

Lister Storm...I let it get away from me once in the UCD, and kept a watchful eye for its return. When it came back, I instantly grabbed it. An interesting piece of automotive history.

Well just played GT5 for 8 hours solid and had to turn it off to let the old girl cool down.

Bought cars... V16T In Norwich Yellow
Caddy
a brace of V8 Vantages (Close your eyes smell that... real tree and real cow...)
Talking of Beef, a Lambo Countach in Bianco Labrador... came with its own white stick and dark glasses.

And I am really tempted to buy one of these now. (90 minute documentry narrated by Frank Martin - Audi's other driver)

Forgot to mention yesterday that I bought the old square shape.. 1990 or 1991 Fiat Panda!

And shes an absolute weapon, I thought my GTRs and Evos were fast but man this thing is a beast. Just wait til I do it up. I think with over night parts from Japan, this will decimate all. :)

Actually it proves quite the opposite. It proves that people, like me for instance, like the game and community enough that I have installed an application (on another digital doo dad) to see what people are doing in the game.

Unless you are just trying to project.your unhappiness on everyone, so they become as burned out on the game as.you appear to be. Remember that this game is still new for some of us. I hadn't played a GT game in 6 years until this December. I am not bored, I am using this thread to give me ideas on which cars to look out for.

I already have all the cars in the game, so every time i get another 20 kk, just spend it on anything, does not really matter.
You should be able to save more than 20kk

I got a white Mini Countryman Cooper S.

Going against what I usually do, I bought a fully customizable suspension. And I went even further on softening it and liftng it to the max to give it a more SUV look.

What can I say. The car still drives beautifully but now when driving it in cockpit it gives me a very nice feel that I'm driving above others in a small but chunky SUV-Crossover thingy. Too bad it's the FF version.

Nope, I just like to share my experience with others and have some human interaction because anything is better if you have someone to share it with. :dopey:

Chaparral 2D Race Car '67
I bought the Chaparral 2D Race Car '67 after keeping Cr15m aside for it for about 6 weeks. Just as I was about to click UCD I said it better be here or else, although there was nothing I could do if it wasn't, and it was!

High End Performance G37 '07
After the 2D Race Car I bought the HEP G37 as I want to try and trap small children and animals in it's front air intakes. Also, I am starting to purchase the remaining premium cars.

Mercedes-Benz CL600 '00
Volkswagen 1200 '66
Nissan Silvia Q's (S13) '88
Toyota Corolla Levin GT-Apex (AE86) '83

got a second BMW GTR

So I could go to town on my old one - Dark Green paint. Orange Wheels. Added a wing but promptly removed the Aero down to 0/5. Nice V8 car. Powerslides like an eager puppy on a kitchen floor.

Got a bit of a lull in my carlist... 33 days between the R92CP I bought a second one of and the XJ220 (road) I'd like yet another of... and after that I have another 29 days before an FTO LM pops up. Then one day before the S2000GT1 arrives.
