What did you do in GT7 today?

On the GTP account, I put the newly-acquired Renault Megane Sport to work at Sarthe. The resulting 4-star marathon ticket gave me the low-showing 30,000 Cr., which helped me get the next 3 Gr.4 cars, the Alfa Romeo 4C, AMG SLS AMG and Bugatti Veyron.

On the Plus account, a real stupid move on my part cost me 2 spots while trialing the Hyundai Genesis Gr.4 at Sarthe. The car itself isn't quite fast enough to do a 2-stop race nor is it efficient enough to do a 1-stop race at full tilt. The weather had other plans - it rained heavily from the middle of lap 3 through lap 5, and I did stops on lap 2 for intermediates, 3 for full-wets and again on 5 for intermediates. I had a 10-second lead on lap 6 and decided to try one more stop for hard tires as the track was finally drying, only 2nd and 3rd place didn't come down with me, and time ran out before I got to the pits.

At least the 4-star marathon ticket wasn't too disappointing - it gave the low-showing 30,000 Cr.

I have never used a Citroen and I have never gotten an invite. Coincidence I think not 🤣. Anyway I took my Bugatti Veyron out of storage ad ran it at Tokyo. Lost CRB on lap 11 on the last hairpin because I decided to see if I could brake a little bit later... I couldn't 😁 went into the barrier. I took the Aston Martin VGT to Lemans and it was an interesting race. There was a heavy down pour on lap 2 right after I passed by the pit lane. At the time I had 1.20 minute lead but I incurred a 20 second penalty because the rain caused me to go wide so by the time I pitted on lap 3 I was in 17th place down by about 40 seconds. I ended up with an 8 min 3rd lap as I basically went 50 mph to keep from spinning. Anyway I was able to get back in 1st by the end of the 5th lap and I finished on the 6th lap. Got a 6k cr computer for Murcielago which I don't own from a 4* ticket

I wouldn't say that @kjb , i never drive a Pagani but i got 3 of them, never drive a Citroen and i got 2 , never drive an Aston and i got the second last week , i drive Ferraris and got one , same applies for the Lambos and i never drive till last week a Bugatti and still got none of them.
And am gonna say it one more time , the only invitation woth something is the Ferrari one , i guess nobody have as favourite car any of those invitation cars at least from what am reading.
And judging from past series, Porsche have a huge amount of cars now while in the past you couldn't even found the name .

Well today was quick session just doing time trials and what not. Little grinding also.

• I raced the Genesis G70 one and still havent improved, Brands Hatch is quite a tricky track to master with it's hilly corners.
• Then I did the Valkyrie TT which was good but still haven't improved on my 1:19 time on RED BULL RING.
• Got a 4star ticket roulette and won a MEGAN TROPHY CAR - So damn nice that car sounds amazing in the garage! Because RACECAR!
• So I thought and wondered how quick could be round red bull ring in the Formula cars and you can see below, pretty quick.

Onto the next day and more races to be had!!!

Stopped time trialing several days ago to concentrate on Sardegna grind.
With good results, I found a better line through this damn "chicane" in the third sector which allowed me to save 0.2-0.3s per lap.
And that made all the difference in my quest to break the 23 minute barrier with Nissan R92CP.

Mind you, I'm ds4 with d-pad, X/Square and AT, so it was quite a fight to get to this point.
It was very satisfying.

I did a lot of daily race B and a whole lot of qualifying for it. I'm liking that race this week. It's been good for my DR.

Now it's my birthday next week but GT surprised me early. It gave me a cake and a car.

I tried to lick the cake but it didn't taste of anything...

Complete with fireworks on the 4th of July! Yeehaw!

Basically did a whole lot of grinding today. I bought my fifth F1 GTR ‘97 to join my 5 CLK-LM, 5 F1 ‘94 Road cars and only 4 of the F1 GTR ‘95 (for now). Not sure what I’m going to buy next, probably more Group C cars and maybe a few more invitation cars before those expire. I’m sure I’ll find something to buy to get me to my goal of a million collector points. I got a 4-star ticket worth 30k and end the night with 6 million credits.

I took the Aston Martin VGT to Tokyo. I adjusted my original 600pp tune and ran FM1. It is not as fast as the Bugatti or Escudo but it's the best handling. I let my youngest son convince me (it wasn't really hard though) to buy the Valkyrie and I let him choose the color I would paint it Reflex Spice. I used it to do the Hypercard parade menu book got another Civic engine. I must say the Valkyrie is a great car. Whenever I get the chance to play again I am going to take it Route X to see just how fast this thing can go

Bought a Ferrari Testarossa from the UCD, painted it white using a downloaded design, then took it to Miami.... err I mean the 600 pp races at Spa, Nurburgring and Grand Valley...

Then bought the Civic Touring Car from the UCD as it is showing as Limited Stock.

I took my new glasses yesterday, its almost new game now since i can see and read everything.
Then i took a new tune from praiano for a honda and went at autopolis ...... finish eight 👀 with 4 pitstops !!!! and enough errors i can say .
Did about same lap times with another guy who finished first with the rest 1 lap behind,while in my run everyone from second place was 1 lap behind.
So, after that i took my deal with it.

I was doing a custom one-make 24 hours race at Fujimi Long with MX5 Touring cars. GT7 refuses to display the time ahead /behind of the opponents after more than 10 hours of driving. So I quit the race.

was fun to drive while everything worked well
