What is the worst TV show you have ever seen?

Regarding TG USA, it definitely isn't a bad show at all. I like it a lot.

Honestly, all the hate for TG USA just shows the rationality of the average Top Gear UK viewer.
It's ok. Sometimes I can't stand Rutledge or Tanner but the show has it's moments. Most notably for me, the big rig challenge and the used car salesman challenge.

Agreed, I actually find the show quite enjoyable myself.

I also don't really have that many issues with the hosts. Though, Rutledge Wood can annoy me sometimes.

Sesame street.

What are they thinking! I'm 32 years old! This show is for baby's....

It is everything that is wrong with television nowadays. They think the average viewer is a four year old.

Minor Correction:

Sesame Street is filmed for six year olds. It has been since it started four decades ago.

If you like watching it, nobody's stopping you.

"The Bachelor"

Twenty-four women make it their mission to set womens' rights back forty years by alternately presenting themselves like baboons and cat-fighting amongst themselves, all for the affections of one man in the name of entertainment.

I heard there's a new TV series about people watching TV. So you're watching people watch TV on TV? Uhhhh okay...?

I've never watched Gogglebox or any international versions. Wanting to see how people of various social classes around the UK react to TV shows or ad breaks has its appeal apparently. Enough for it be awarded a reality TV award this year.

It can't be much worse than some of the scripted reality dross* we're getting too much of these days.

*Well, the ones that aren't so bad they're funny.

Didn't someone once say that the show is detrimental because it makes any kid watching it feel like they're special, even though they really, honestly, truly are not?

To me, it is about anything that Cartoon Network put out in the last 10 years. The only decent show that they put on during that time was Beware the Batman, and I am a deep fan of the Batman series. Heck, I could count on my hands how many decent shows that CN put on since I started watching in '95.

Remember when I said the worst was "The Devils Ride"? Well I'm wrong. The new worst show on tv is "Alaskan Bush People". It's so bad, it's funny. Just watch it.

My grandfather knows the man in Alaskan Bush People. I won't tell the story, but that show has a bit of a personal connection to him.

I blame the Tuttles.

But at least they had some real problems.

I love OCC, it's more about the arguments than the bikes and it's mostly genuine unlike other reality shows which are scripted.

I watched it once and Googlebox is atrocious, firstly I couldn't care less how other people watch a programme because it should be about how you watch it! Secondly it is the worst excuse for using an hour in history and must cost like 50p to make, even the narrators voice is irritating. And thirdly the people aren't exactly real people, they are overly quirky on purpose and have been picked for their acting abilities much like how they cast Big Brother with "real" people.

Oh, man. The trashiest show on television just got trashier. "The Bachelor" just went from being cringe-worthy to hilariously awkward as the producers decided to artificially pad the show out to bring all of the cat-fights and bitchiness to the fore.

I wouldn't say it's the trashiest...is Jersey Shore still going, or does it have spin-offs that are?

For those in mainland Europe, there's the wonderfully titled 'Warsaw Shore' which is set to start a second season. I also heard there's a brand new 'Mexico Shore' series coming next month.

That's not even counting the numerous remakes that don't have "shore" in their name.

Warsaw Shore? What the hell, I would have expected something like "Amsterdam Shore"!

The way that name just rolls off the tongue was too good to pass up. Being more than 170 miles from the shore is but a minor technicality.

Have you even seen american inbetweeners it's terrible (Edit) I'm now going to rewatch every single Inbetweeners ever.

The Young and the Restless. Was watching the lunchtime news, left the TV on, came back later only to be horrified.

The only way a show that bad could last as long as it has on TV is if it's on daytime television.

It might not be the worst show, but it's probably the dumbest right now: "Scorpion".

In essence, it's about four generic crime fighters - a mechanic who is a tomboy, a math prodigy who is an overweight nerd, a psychiatrist whose character development is limited to "wears a funky hat", and a self-proclaimed genius. These four NCIS rejects - none of whom are in any way original - are billed as experts in their fields at the age of twenty-two, are routinely outsmarted by others of average intellect until the final ad break, at which point they finally remember that they're smart and contrive a solution that the audience thought of forty-five minutes ago.

These sure are some bad TV shows indeed.

I liked that American version of Kamen Rider that showed up about 7 years ago. Even though everything was bad about it, I thought it was nice somehow.
