My "nightmares" are:

Poor WRC physic and "closed" tracks (invisible walls).
No damage in Nascar.
Poor tire/car physic at low speed (sliding).

It is not all of course, but i leave you some space.

I dont care about damage, skidmarks, or reverse light - im always trying to not hit anyone or anything, skidmarks will be nice to see but are not mandatory for me and i dont remember when i used R in GT :D

What about you guys/girls ?

Sorry for bad english

Contradiction?!?:sly:

I think my very worst nightmare of all would be if there were no working reverse lights :nervous::guilty::grumpy:... I don't think I could live without them:ill::indiff:

The lack of Lamborghini and Porsche would frighten me. I mean, so many other racing games include them. It only seems natural for "Gran Turismo" to progress and finally flaunt these machines in HD.

For me , Day and Night LIVE cycle. Cold weather means less sticky surface, as well damage for all cars.
Also I want more then 15 Mercedes Benz cars.

- 24 hours of day endurance races
- day/night cycles or weather means less then 16 cars on track
- some racecars dont have damage
- incorrect HP levels for prototypes again
- only able to run half the distance on tires and fuel as they do in real life like in GT4 (At Lemans prototypes can go 14 laps on fuel and 28 laps on tires, in GT4 they could only go 8 laps on fuel and 8 laps on tires)
- Poorly executed NASCAR championship or physics
- A formula 1 racing series with only Ferrari F2007s
- GT5 retains the poor super glue physics of the F2007
- Ai that hasn't impvoed over GT5P...this will hurt with damage

But mainly 24 hours of day in the endurance races. This will be unacceptable.

Sorry if I sound like a noob, but what happens when the cars run outta fuel in GT4?

1)Livery editor
2)Auction House/sale lot or whatever name they come up with to sell cars online
3)Online(as in what exactly online in the full game will include/be like)

1) 24hour day to night racing
2) Red Rock Valley
3) Rome circuit
4) Mandatory race event that uses car under 100hp on large tracks (like the Vitz on test course):grumpy:
5) Mix up the courses on the race events. (example. in every series do we always have to race the Suzuki road course?)

The Rallying being as bad as in GT4.

That right there!!

Also worried about yet again having to race enduros and other long races without a save option during pitstops.

nightmares:
no ferrari
no full customization like wings, rims etc.
closed walls in WRC
less than 50 tracks
and the list goes on..........

1. No Nurburgring Track Meet type thing.. Hopefully they will improve upon the track meet thing.

2. No aftermarket rim selection. A way to improve this would be to be able to customize the dimensions of the rim.

3. No used car selection. I'd cry. This is one of the staples of the GT series.

4. And generally not having some of the lower "less important" cars. I'd love my '88 Mitsubishi Starion to be in the game finally. And not the rally one. Things like the Sileighty and the Pulsar GTI-R. The '99 to '04 Mustangs (Terminator  ) they had in GT2 but never again. :grumpy:

5. Racing Modification. I loved this in GT2 and it's been gone since. :grumpy:

Other then those.. I really don't think this game can disappoint me.

Und Grindelwald! :sly:

Need the Subaru SVX and the 90s Eunos Cosmo again. And the Dodge Concept Car.

What do you mean by a track meet?

In GT4 when you go to World Circuits for practice or whatever.. then select a track.. They have different options like Practice, Track Meet, and Photo Mode.. Track Meet was essentially just practice with what seemed like random other cars. This is unfortunately as close as you could get to the real "open" Nurburgring, or a Track Day in general on any course, in a game..

A fairly simple thing I think they could do to make this cooler (assuming they hopefully have day/night cycle already in the game) would be when I went to a track meet at a course.. the time of day on the course would reflect what actual time it was for me locally. Like GT5:P has the clock and everything. There of course could be the option to turn this off.

Ahh I see. I remembered it being called Race Meeting :)
It's a cool idea, especially if we can drive into the pits and paddock etc.

Me and Earth are on the same wave length. I am still to this day annoyed with the fact that all LMP's have ridiculous amounts of power and they have no tyre or fuel endurance compared to real life.

e.g. the R8 should be between 600-625 depending on year, in game it's ~790bhp
Merc CLK GTR is 600Bhp, in game is 797bhp

and it goes on.

In GT4 I took a Pescarolo C60 to Arcade mode, lowered it's powered all the way down as far as it would go to 650hp, which is about 20 more HP then the real thing, slapped R1 tires on it and it could go 10 laps on fuel and 14 laps on tires.

It also only had a 80 liter fuel tank, while the real car has a 90 liter fuel tank. If it had a 90 liter fuel tank like the real car it could go on more lap, maybe even 2 (11-12 laps) which would make the fuel range much more realistic.

However, tire wear is still way off, as the car can easily double stint the tires in real life for a total of 24-26 laps

Also the lap times came way down to a more realistic pace.

But realistic fuel and tire wear for each series is needed, it was annoying pitting every 25 minutes in a 24 hour race
