No. As far as I'm concerned, a feminist is someone who believes that people of all genders should be as equal in society as the practicalities of human biology allow (ie. Men, with the exception of a few ftm individuals, are not going to get pregnant). Someone who I would feel prepared to call a feminist would not be a misandrist, on the grounds that they would inherently be judging someone purely on the grounds of their gender and not for the person they actually are. Misandry and misogyny also tend to be directly linked (ie. The misandristic belief that all men are naturally inclined to commit acts of sexual assault (sic) is fairly directly linked to the misogynistic belief that women are incapable of commiting acts of sexual assault (sic).), therefore meaning that anyone who is a misandrist is also likely to in some way be a misogynist.
The term feminism is used (as opposed to the perhaps more appropriate egalitarianism) because the society we live in, sadly even to this day, is primarily patriarchal, and therefore the majority of serious gender related issues relate to the treatment of women as opposed to the treatment of men. In some cases temporary solutions may need to be found to gender issues which may seem biased against one gender (ie. The creation of women only train carriages in order to reduce instances of sexual assault on public transport), but sadly this is because one can't always wait for society to play catchup while trying to deal with an immediate problem. Also, feminism far more catchy than egalitarianism.
Of course there are many different schools of feminist thought, but those which can be described as being "man hating" are generally fairly fringe and have increasingly fallen into disrepute with other feminists in recent years, particularly in the case of those which hold transphobic "womyn born womyn" beliefs.

Anyway, rant over. Just watched Forrest Gump. Great film. I loved the way that it tells the history of the United States from the 50s through to the 80s through the story of one extremely naive man's incredibly lucky life. And the music... A lot of great tunes in that film.
