What would your reaction be if GT5 is released without damage?

it would be nice to have a "Damage Repair's" feature like:
Occasional tire blow out, blown engine, wing and or spoiler fly off and, we must control the car as we roll to the pit for repairs :dopey: (extensive pit time) for the AI too.

But all i really want is: Race Stickers and half a dozen drivers for hire (more improved than BoB) :dunce:

(ty to all replies for my previous question 👍, but.... i'm asking for PS2/3 games with Race Stickers, not Vynil effects, ty:tup:)

I am not bashing on their success, congrats to them.
According to PD...
http://www.polyphony.co.jp/english/list.html

They sold.. a heck load of games .. Something around 56 million copies. Lets say all copies on average are 40-50 usd.. But lets say 50 USD.. Just from games alone they got about two billion,
seven hundred ninety-five million. 2,795,000,000
Not to mention outside resources $$$$$.

So they are a very very successful game makers.

So I wonder why it takes them so long to have damage, weather effects? Since GT2000 videos he mentions that PS2 might have day and night cycles.. we still dont see it.. With so much money they really should make the GT5 game amazing with DAMAGE and Weather Effects Day night cycles.. Or else I'll be mad as hell again!

Indifferent silence.

If released with damage...mild amazement.

Really, I care much more about proper collision detection and car-to-car interactions than whether or not the fender is wrinkled afterwards. A car that sputters to motionless silence after ramming a wall head-on at 200mph is nothing if the PIT maneuver doesn't work properly. Though the latter is always dangerous with an immature online crowd.

Exactly what he said.
