I have the Nike Total Air Max ....probably 2 years old now and they're great for running but if you want real comfort try a pair of Mephisto sandals from France (similar to a Birkenstock) ....they are so light and comfortable and better for driving than regular shoes ....you get a much better feel of the gas and brake pedal (and clutch) for smooth modulation

oh yeah .....i run 98 SE because i got it for free (i just purchased my computer in October and probably would have bought XP but you can't complain when you get something for free .......and 98 SE seems to be alright anyways

Actually I hate high topped shoes. I am gonna get the new Nike Shox. I have the old R4's and I want the new solid black running ones. The shox I am wearing are super comfortable. I would advice buying a pair of Shox. Great for those who run a lot.

I just bought a pair of Asics Gel - Kayano's and they are fantastic. I absolutely hate running and it's almost bearable in these things. I've had no knee pain with these things.

Gimmie Gimmie!!! ;)

I had a pair of Asics Gel a few years back, and they were the best sneakers I've ever owned. :( I wore through every inch of rubber to the spongey material in between before I was able to finally let go. :(
I haven't been able to find another pair either, it's like an Asics Vacuum around here. Last time I had a problem on this scale, was when Yamaha pulled out of the US tennis racquet market befor I was able to stock up on a few 'secret 04' models. (Mine snapped)

I guess I have to add Australia back onto my list of places to go before I croak, just to get the sneaks. ;)

I'm running 2000Pro for exactly the reasons Jordan described. I quite often need to run Outlook, Excel, Word, Paint Shop Pro, Dreamweaver and a couple web browsers simultaneously, and Win98 just couldn't cope with that. Now, whenever I'm not doing games-related stuff, it runs like a dream, and handles all the tasks beautifully.

I do miss some of the games though...

I fit perfectly into the "more than one section" heh:)

I'm running right now:

WinXP
RedHat 7
WinME
Win98se
Win95 or 3.1 (cant remember)
