I drive a Pugeot 306 1.9 turbo diesel, I've done 250 miles since owning it, I have it insured for 20k miles a year, I travel by car a lot, it currently has 48k on the clock, I've had it for a few weeks now.

My parents 1997 Dodge Grand Caravan has about 99,100 miles on it. So far it's gone through 3 transmissions, with the last one just died over the summer.

Sorry for bumping an old thread, but it's better than making a new one.

My Daihatsu Charade has got 78.100 miles on it. Haven't driven it an inch since October.

Didn't even know this topic exsisted. Assuming my conversions are correct here's the mileage in miles and kilometers.

1990 Camaro RS V8 215,xxx miles (348,xxx kilometers)
2005 Ford Focus ZX5 SES 35,009 miles (56,714 kilometers)

04 Pontiac Bonoville SSEI Supercharged Pacage has 20K miles.
Who put dug this thread out of it's grave on page 5? This thread was started in Janurary 2 or something.

Wow, my old thread got revived. Well I got a new car since then, its a 97 Prelude with 67k miles on it. My dad still has the CRX now with 280k on it 👍

I did, and I've already said so. It's better to dig up a thread than making a new one. Besides, it's not important when it was made, but when the last post was made.

The 2000 Honda CR-V has 60,500 miles (97,400 km) on the odometer.

The 1994 Lexus GS 300 has 43,300 miles (69,700 km) on its clock.

At the time the thread was created, I had a '93 Corolla with approximately 130,000 miles (209,000 kilometers) on it. I'm not 100% sure of the mileage, since the speedometer was off by quite a margin, the odometer might have a flaw. The technician who bought it from me didn't care, though.

You swap a 305 in Camaro? I know the stock engine is a 3.1 V6.

My 1999 Grand Am GT has 104,7xx miles.

1989 Toyota Camry - 91456
1994 Toyota 4runner - 84298
2004 Cadillac Escalade - 4506
2005 Pontiac GTO - 4159
2006 Subaru WRX STI - 2078
2006 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution MR - 2764

'92 Talon TSi - 180,500 KM (Mine)
'98 Astro van - 94,000 KM (Mom's)
'91 Miata - 230,000 KM (Stepmom's)
'82 Mercedes 300SD - 386,000 KM (Dad's), and still going very strong. No mechanical issues to speak of, doesn't burn a drop of oil.
'95 Neon (Stepmom/ Dad's) - 179,000 KM

The 3rd gen Camaro came with a variety of engines. My year had an available 3.1L V8, 5.0L V8, and a 5.7L V8. I have the 5.0L.

Yes, but didn't the 3.1 come in the RS, the 5.0 in the Z28, and the 5.7 in the IROC (I may have the V8s mixed up...)

Edit: So nobody is confused, the 3.1 is a V6.

'94 Ford Taurus SHO MTX -- 215k miles. My experience with high-mileage oil has been a pleasant one. It burned synthetic all of its life and I thought it was time for something new.

20!

Parents bough a new car in 1993 and by 2000 dad had 400,000kms (250,000miles). We sold it a few years ago and it had just shy of 500,000kms (310,000miles).

My car and I have just passed 70,000 miles, last weekend - 37,000 of those together.

For a car now approaching its 9th birthday (January 27th 2007), it's quite sprightly.

What car was that may I ask?

as for my honda, that just hit 175,000Km's and its approaching that stage where its either going to fall apart, or stay on until around 300,000+kms.

This happened today, I thought it was pretty groovy :)
