What's Your Records on Eifel 104A?

I was just doing a few laps in the minica dangan zz

It was good fun, fully tuned with r/s -20mm, stiffened up and a ballast to bring down the pp.

Im not amazing but i put in an overall time of 3.00, im postitive one of you guys could do well in this car

Daihatsu Mira

All upgrades except weight reductions, chassis upgrade, and spoiler.

Manual (DFGT), Skid Recovery and ABS 1. Everything else off.

200KG ballast, Transmission at 118mph, LSD at default. Adjust HP until you are at 420pp. I'm running with 197hp but the amount of power you can have seems to depend on the amount of miles on your car.

Ride Height -25 / -25
Spring Rate 7.2 / 6.5
Shock (ext) 5 / 5
Shock (comp) 4 / 4
Anti-Roll Bar 3 / 3
Camber 1.5 / 0.0
Toe -0.10 / 0.18
Brakes 5 / 5

Someone who is really good with a wheel try this. 2'40 is easily possible but I gave up after countless bumps with the AI in the first lap costing me that second.

I find this really hard to believe....until i turned on skid recovery force....what the heck just happened!?

You activated "GOD MODE" that's what just happened! 👎 It's not really driving as much as just pointing the nose of the car... :sly:

lol this has become a 1337 race haha
It's great cos I can compete with you guys for the time while earning £100k each time!

I must have spent £800,000 tuning and buying super-minis lol. Earned much more though...

Best is 53 seconds with the MIRA and 56 seconds with the Cappucino RM. Got a 57 second cappo RM on my youtube channel with the tutorial and tuning if you wanna have a look =]

It's like a physics cheat more than a driving aid. It saves time with grinding though.

I keep hearing so much about this Daihatsu MIRA TR-XX Avanzato R '97, I really wish it would pop in my UCD. I would be willing to trade with someone for one of these, lol.

I found about 7 other cars allowed in the race in the OCD that weren't in the UCD or NCD. So check the OCD, because the Eifel Race is the most popular right now I believe and over half the cars I saw on the OCD last night were allowed for the Eifel race.

Yes indeed-e-o, everytime i do it a certain time, i tune the mira, to try and get a faster time.

So very true.

Tried it in my Cappu RM and got 2:49 and change total with 54.9 best lap. Could probably improve a tenth here and there with some practise but I don't like driving K-cars and I hate all the eifel tracks. I think I'd rather grind on Indy if I had to :(

It took me almost an hour today but I set personal Lap and Race records again.

CAR: Suzuki CERVO
LAP: 55.099 sec
COURSE: 2:48.552 sec
TIRES: Race Soft
CONTROLLER: DS3
SKID RECOVERY: No

Tried the SRF and found I couldn't get on with it at all. You can tell when it's throttling back to prevent the skid. I'm thinking it must suit some people's driving styles or something.

I cant believe how many people are using slicks on 100 - and - something - bhp cars.
It's a good point, but think of it this way. Once the race was won, I found it to be fun (remember that concept) to see exactly how fast it could be done, with the advantage of 100k every time you try. My car collection has grown considerably over the last week or so, thanks to this.
For the record, I won all the races first using an Autozam on sports hard or medium with 350pp

im not saying theres a right or wrong its an opinion - the end result is the same, i did it first on sports soft - found it too easy and wanted to see if i could win on comforts - tried hards but they werent fun, and I found after a few go's on comfort softs it was just the right balance for me between making the race winnable (to grind the 100k) and still it being challenging/enjoyable.

Especially when the AI is on a scripted race - we've all noticed this right? First time I saw that Honda Beat lose it tightening into the snail-like midsection I was so happy because it gave me the lead but then it does it everytime so now I just have to plan for it (if Im not past it already)

come on psn - i cant wait for this race again now and similar seasonals - i never saw the new ones launched the day/night psn went down. :indiff:

I was running the Cappuccino (non-RM, no added wing, no "extra down force") fully tuned to a best of 2:54:040 till I switched to the Cervo, after an hour or so of grinding I ran a best of 2:48.871. [only assists are ABS 1 for all times]

As someone pointed out, the key to a good time on this track pivots on the slower cars and where they are placed; it’s infuriating when they are languishing in every apex on the first lap.

Next up for me is the Honda Beat 93 and the Daihatsu Mira. This seasonal event is such a good $$$ grind!

Cappucccino RM'd. Stock except the tires and RM. Ds3 controller.

Fastest lap is 59.377 (did that last night) on sport hards (I believe these as I had somebody send me some as a gift?) SRF on.

Fastest race (same car and settings) 3.01.xxx---> 1st lap- 1.01, 2nd- 59, and 3rd- 59

TP3, impressive work there.

I tend to rely on the Suzuki Cappuccion (EA21R) RM for this event for its sheer consistency to my driving style. In other words, even when I'm a little distracted, late on a turn-in, etc. it still whips through the three laps.

EA21R RM on Racing Softs: sub 2'57" for laps two and three.

Keep in mind that this car, like any newly purchased one, will grow a bit in the power/torque department over the first 250 or so miles driven. My car is still under 150 miles to this point...

I've had the most fun tuning the highest three gears for this course/event.

I have to say that, though for rhythm's sake I've gotten back into my race modified EA21R for general money grinding, I do love fiddling with the Mazda Autozam AZ-1. I've heavily tuned both cars (the only thing to keep me from getting bored), so that the Autozam runs nearly the exact times (sometimes better) than the Suzuki Cappuccino aforementioned. I think it might be worth sharing their tunes (on a different thread), given that this race is so popular for its money-making efficiency.

Thanks for the tune, Sniper. I can't wait to try (and maybe tweak) this one. What a fun event when you tune these little shrimps and earn over 100,000 every three minutes. Too sweet.

OK. I was feeling really good about breaking the 1:00 mark until I came across this thread. Some of you guys can really put down some fast times.

Although not comparable with the best times there, I finally decided to post my times so far:

Best lap: 55.168
Best race: 2.51.786

They are done in a Suzuki Capuccino RM using a DS3. I hope to keep improving...

CAR: Honda Beat Version Z 93' 150hp
LAP: 0:54.085
COURSE: 2:46.333
TIRES: Racing Soft
Controller: DS3

Still cannot find the Daihatsu Mira in the Used Car section, so I am still running the Honda Beat Version Z 93'. Improved my times a bit.

Look for Daihatsu Cuore XX '97 same car as mira I believe.

CAR: Suzuki Cervo '07
LAP: Unknown... (Can't remember, but mid 54s IIRC)
COURSE: 2:48.572
TIRES: RS
Controller: DFGT
PP: 420

No Aids (ABS@1)

I have gone much faster than this (about 2 seconds) but I only count this as my best as it was a 100% clean, WRS OLR conforming lap with no contact with ANY of the other cars as I made my way past. :D 👍
I was in the lead by the first braking zone on lap 2 and the rest is history... ;)
Can still go much faster as I break in the Cervo, have only got 100km on it so I will gain more BHP as I do more runs. I currently have the rear wing fitted to make it up to PP limit but will remove that once I need to reduce PP as the engine breaks-in. :sly:

Xerxes :)

All these sub 1 minute lap times I see in this thread, is this the same track that is in the Supercar Seasonal??

Eifel (Circuit) 104A

I can best 1:00:011 / per lap (5 laps) in the 700pp BMW V12, 1:03 in an 600pp Honda Arta NSX, just catch 1st in last lap to finish in a stock Ferarri Enzo with racing mediums. All cars with racing mediums tyres.

No not the same track. PD screwed up the description in the Supercar seasonal. If you watch when that track loads it is listed as Eifel (circuit). I know all us Kei car fanatics were hoping it was so we could really cut loose and show the exotic how its done :sly:
