I'm somewhere around Lvl 250 and so far I've won 50 cars via wheelspins, so I suppose a 1:5 chance of winning a car isn't too bad.

Both of these happened today, and combining them with the Zenki S14 I won for completing one of the Forzathon objectives, I'd say it's been a lucky day so far;

If I hadn't won the Ranger already, that would've made the GT both my first HE car AND my first half-a-million-credit car... Tough luck, GT.
