I've always used interior cam, but since I'm getting sick of the lack of realistic vibrations of the cockpit (steering wheel/hands included) and movements of the head, I'm getting used to "bumper".

I usually drive using the cockpit view, but if I'm in a GT500 series car like the Petronas lexus, I have to use the bumper cam lol.

I almost always play on hood view. It helps me see the turn better and what else is coming up (ie: spun out car, car slowing down, etc). I would play on cockpit, but the visibility is quite poor in most cars. A field of view slider would be nice. I want to get into tandem drifting, but I can't see the car behind me when I'm on hood view. Chase camera feels off and it's hard to control the car.

I use all of them. When I race in Tsukuba for drifting, I always use Far View and sometimes interior view, but in normal races I usually use interior, bumper, and roof view depending on the track. If it is a drifting track like Tsukuba(for normal racing) I always use roof.

For cruising and non-competitive driving I use the cockpit view (not on standards though). For racing I use the roof cam, I'm one of the few that prefers the roof cam over the bumper cam which is just too low for my taste.

I've always used bumper view exclusively, however, and this has been discussed in the Corvette C7 TT thread, after trying CHASE view for the C7 around the 'Ring I was able to bring my times down significantly.

I did the same thing with the AMG Academy event in the Special Events having got all silvers only the first time around in the game and usually only able to get to within 3 to 4 seconds of the gold time and improve no further. I have redone them using Chase Cam, and have so far golded all events up to Intermediate 3. The change to Chase Cam was entirely down to the difference.

I still prefer bumper cam as it gives, for me, a better feel for the game. But where necessary I will be using Chase Cam if it's gonna give me the results I'm chasing.

Bumper view for the sensitivity, you notice every little adjustment to the steering you make.👍

I've always used the roof view from GT1 right up to GT5.... But I've just done my first endurance race (don't usually have the time for endurance races but I'm on holidays now :-D ) at grand valley 300km in my stock V12 Vantage '10 and I decided to use the cockpit view for some fun and absolutely loved it :) so much so I reckon I'll use it from now on in all my premium cars

I use cockpit view usually as it adds to the sense of speed but I use Hood view alot as well, I feel more concentrated when in Hood view for some reason :/
