This is what I'm talking about fox, this a 2 person problem. No matter how disrespectful slick may have come off, if spank truly wanted peace, he would have acted as the adult he claims to be and made it. Slick's disrespectful, Spank can be douchey, but nobody's turning the other cheek and that is the ultimate problem. I don't agree w/ everything that slick says or does, but I'm frickin 27 yrs old, I laugh it off and keep it moving. This is not a WSG vs Drop5 issue, this is a Spank vs Slick issue, and taking sides will only make it worse.

I'm the same, mega. I laugh most of it of. I believe in the right atmosphere things could be resolved. It most definitely is not a Drop5 vs WSG issue.

The problem I had was Spank came in and was trying to act like and adult, before slick started with the derogitory comments, and insulting Drop5. Spannk became defensive, and slick kept going. Hence the reason most of us in the room have left.

This is directed to Slick:
I hope we have no problems, I'm not choosing sides. Just calling the shots how they came across to every in the room. Not everyone understands you or the way you do things, but if you wish to be respected by other people you need to respect them also for their abilities. Oh, and if you gonna talk chit behind others peoples back, grow the balls to tell them to their face. I know what you have said about myself, and it shows the lack courtesy and respect towards myself. Good luck to you and your team that is falling apart.

Ok people time to stop posting negative things on my thread. Fastfox you failed your tryout to ant last night sorry, no need to be mad about it. I was just being nice but if you really want the truth il tell u straight up your tandem skills suck and you can't chase for your life... sorry that's the way it works, if your on WSG you need a duel set of skills. If anyone is lack people skills it might be you becuase when we are all high and making jokes your the only guy not saying anything making it kinda awkward . This is a matter of Slick vs Spank and so if he really wanted to end this he would have done it in a private chat and not have his whole team friend request me so they can join my room and watch him make a big scene or act as a big boss. If you act like that your obviuosly going to get a challenge presented to see if you can back it up. He declined and kept talking... just saying. One could at least grow the balls to battle. My team is not falling apart, my team is always growing in skills. Thanks for giving my thread more posts people 👍 I would like to just drop this already and leave it where it is, if spank would like to end this he will in a private message or chat.

^^perception overrides intention fox, what you percieve as "acting like an adult" comes off as being patronizing to others. WSG is not falling apart, I imagine Mopar and Zero D are acting as neutral as possible, much as I am trying to be. For you to make the aforementioned comment, it comes off as snide and combative which is the last thing needed right now. Misunderstandings have started wars throughout our history, and given recent events I don't feel your allegiance is w/ spank, but rather against slick. I can understand that, given recent events, but understand anything that slick has said about you is no different than what mopar or I have said directly to you, so there's no reason for you to harbor any ill will as a result. All that I can hope is that @ least 1 member from Drop 5 is following my example and encouraging their leader to swallow their pride while encouraging all extraneous parties to stay out of it.

Just tryin to keep the peace man. I feel like this started innocently enough w/in GTP and is now spilling over into GT5 land. I'm more than proud to be WSG, but my fear is if this escalates that my team allegiance will get me kicked or ridiculed in other rooms. I have friends on PSN from just about every major drift team on GT5 and id like to keep it that way; nobody ever gets better by shutting themselves off from drifting w/ others.


And I am a very young 27 thank you very much...lol..hell, anyone that sees my pics thinks I'm 18 or younger..hehe

I appreciate the gesture, but this isn't going to be solved by slick simply changing his ways. Spank is not totally guilt free here, his actions w/in GTP as well as his interactions w/ other members of the GT5 drifting community are well known and not appreciated by many. Just like the responses I get to my WSG entry message(probably due to slick), Drop5 gets a bad rap as a result of its leader as well. And I will tell you, the things i've heard about spank outside of my team had nothing to do w/ his drifiting ability. Its a two way street and both spank and slick need to comprimise for the sake of their teams' reputation.

That wouldn't solve anything because this isn't between Slick and Spank. This is between Slick and Drop 5. He has repeatedly called the team "gay" and "nooby" so the only battle that would settle it is Slick vs. Drop 5, which would pretty much be 1 v 10+ and i think that we know how that would go.

A drift battle is not the way to solve this. The only way for this dispute to be solved is for Slick to put an end to his irrationality.

Believe me. I don't love EVERY single member on drop 5. Anyone who says they love everyone on their team is probably lying to themselves haha me and Slick even agreed on this. No one is perfect, i don't claim to be, and neither should anyone else.

Well mega its because people don't like to admit there wrong and they like to get mad about it. He's write I made bad assumptions about your team because spank made a bad impression. I already battled some of the teams top members yesterday and we both know that we both got skill. I said to let it go as a leader, and yet people want to still keep it going, what does that tell you? I said I will try to settle this with spank so why keep the problem going. If one of y'all came to NYC talking to me like this me and my boys would take a bottle of Bacardi, smash it over your head and call it a party hahaha you going to get mad over that joke too?

The slip feel of comfort hards did change(I as a diehard ch user can attest to that), which is only part of what prompted slick to change tires(the other was a desire to compete against more teams...and the issue of the bike drifting was about you using that as proof of your drifting skills; not seeming to recognize it pulls from a different skill set. And the only reason I speak on his behalf is that you are amongst many that are so embroiled in this "I hate slick because of (blank)" campaign that his point of view gets lost in translation, how do I know this? Because while you picked up so readily on my defense of slick you failed to notice I was equallly as critical of him and his actions. I am a lucky guy to have such a team mate that is slick with his words as he is with his RUF. Thanks mega. Well you now haters are always going to hate. I can!!!, first of all... rise... i don't know if I like you, you tell 90% of the truth but you don't tell it all... Also... Slick... you seem like you could be a little bit of a douche, but i dont know you and thats not the way you came off to me yesterday. Spank, you sometimes take things the wrong way and act without finding the deeper meaning. Both need to find out what happened before the conflict. If you want to find out talk to me. Not rise, not slick, me. Rise isn't telling about the part where we all (Me, Rise, and Slick) were talking about drop5. Not all of it was negative and most of it was positive. Slick and Spank need to learn how to kiss butt... I do it all the time, Unless I get pissed. But hey, thats the main way to make friends and end conflicts. Words from the wise and remember. Hahahaha you just don't get it? Mopar has been on the team the longest. You wanted to be down right? I asked mopar about you and he let's just say he didn't say u were so great, so as the leader I said yeah he sucks laughed and tried to help you out cause you were cool. I gave you advice and told you what you lacked in and even offered you setups for your wheel that your too scared to drift with. I always did tandems with you and showed you stuff. You kicked it with WSG all the time I don't understand what more you could want. Your helpless now. I don't think I ever heard you make one joke either...
