Will NASCAR have more talent then F1 next year?

There are a fair number of drivers in NASCAR, ALMS, other motorsports etc. who have climbed through to the F1 ladder (such as Emanuelle Pirro and others) and have either failed or their careers came to a close (Villeneuve, Montoya) and are now in NASCAR, so logic in that sense would dictate that F1 has more talent than NASCAR.

Anyway, I've yet to see anything in NASCAR in terms of skill resembling to what a F1 pole time onboard lap is like, so there you go.
