What do you guys think? PD have announced quite a lot in segments up to now, do you think there's any possibility of any cars/tracks being included in the game that we weren't told about?

Cars - Very likely, we have already seen multiple cars in trailers that are not on the list.
Tracks - Possibly, but don't think so.

I don't think so. they have already announced the official car and track list on their website. but for other features, maybe.

MOON ROVER TRACK!!!!!
maybe

:gtpflag::gtplanet:

Moon Rover, wider than a mile,
I'm crossing you in style some day.
Oh, dream maker, you heart breaker,
wherever you're going I'm going your way.
Two drifters off to see the world.
There's such a lot of world to see.
We're after the same rainbow's end--
waiting 'round the bend,
my huckleberry friend,
Moon Rover and me.

I'm hoping for Seattle somehow finding it's way into the game. Would be a shame if it's not in there.
A few more premium cars would be nice too, although I'm pretty happy with the ones the included.
I am hoping for Seattle as well and also El Capitan. Was hoping they would both be included at release but if not I really hope they come as early DLC and are used in A-Spec mode somehow. Those were 2 of my favorite tracks in GT4 after Nurburgring of course ;)

Likewise! What a great feeling it will be if we're watching the opening movie after starting the game for the first time...

"Hey... that place looks familiar... wait a second..!"

Seattle would be a great track to secretly add to the game for its release!

Surprise cars are more of a possibility than tracks. I'm surprised we've had this many new ones for GT6.

I reckon they might fully clarify and confirm the official list just before it's released and then what ever is left out we can all assume is dlc

Your post suggests that you're talking about post-release as well as day-one. So yes on both of them.

I'm thinking of whether or not any will be announced before December 6th, or if any will be in the game from day 1 as a surprise for us. :)

Well other than the ones already confirmed yet not on the list, definitely. But I think there will be no new "surprises".

I'm still waiting for the prizes from the GT6 Demo...
I can pretty much assure you they are the GT Academy cars from the demo (but not listed), so a Leaf, 370Z, 370Z Tuned and GT-R Black edition, and maybe the GT Academy Suit.

I'm pretty certain that all the iconic tracks from previous GT games will return to GT6 because it will be way easier for PD to do that rather than go out and scan the new tracks. Tracks like Seattle, Midfield Raceway & El Capitan will keep the hungry GT players distracted while they scan some new tracks.

I don't ever see Seattle making a return. Last seen in GT4?

You can kind of understand Apricot Hill making a comeback (I always found it pretty boring tho) as it is a 'fantasy' track, but the assets for Seattle are now well out of date and they would essentially have to revisit and possibly even laser scan the place. Highly unlikely. I would love to see Citta Di Aria back, but I don't see it for the same reasons.

Track wise, The DLC for 6 I think will come in the form of a F1 track (possibly Canada or something) and maybe a return of another fantasy track such as Midfield.

@bodger Seattle was shown in an Acura NSX trailer, I'm just gonna assume both will come at the same time.(In DLC)

Doubt there will be any new tracks before release, and a few cars but nothing that will make you jump out of your seat.

I sure hope El Capitan returns. Loved that track. And as mentioned above; Midfield.

.

That was not Seattle. Just watched it. Again. Looks more like Rome / Madrid to me.

It was Seattle, just look at the buildings.

if we knew, it wouldn't be a surprise. :dopey:

but I hope the Panoz and Nissan sort out the DeltaWing deal and it can be put back in the game.

I am Kaz Yamauchi and even I don't know.

All remember the game will have extensive DLC. That ensures there will be surprises along the way. Severely delayed and paid surprises still count, right.

To ruin one, I remember that in the Silverstone event there was a printed advertising that said classic GT tracks are coming.

We didn't expect Ascari and it turns up. I think there will be a good hard look at what XBO and F5 comes out with and based on what is finally shown at release will have PD deciding how much more gets thrown in at release and what gets held back as DLC. I feel there is more to come at least one big announcement before Dec 6. And as far as cars there is still one last reveal still to come before Dec 6 also
