I find it odd that Seattle hasn't popped up, even though we've seen it in the NSX trailer way-back-when. It would irritate me if they held it back simply to make more money off DLC sales.
Edit: And I don't see how licensing should get in the way, considering it's a fictional track, and PD would be able to remove/censor advertisements or logos on various buildings. Even if T10 is doing some sort of Seattle track (since that's a major local city for them), I don't really see how you can purchase licensing rights to a location like that. The only legitimate reason I could see PD holding it back now is if they're doing a modern recreation of if, since even the version in GT4 was massively outdated with the King Dome still being there.
