Cheers people, yeah if its going to be a few days/week later I can wait but with all this lack of info on european release where GT is more predominanlty sold then I don't have much faith in Polyphony or SCEA/E/J/Sony atm reguarding GT5 as most of you have probably been cried wolf too many times now with release dates and the such.

A lack of demo is what is killing us now, as we all understand demo code <= six month old code so it would be no better than the TT demo, I feel that the secrecy of GT and the madness of Yamuchi is stretching us.

November is a long way away and we still dont have any really serious info on the game. A demo would kick a lot of interest back into the game.

Prologue was not the same prologue as GT4/3 or the other prologues im sure as the code was completely rebuilt. not just more cars more tracks as others were. A small taste would be good, 1 car 1 track again would settle so much angst amongst us - the final consumer of what we can only hope is a great product which can take us to the end of PS3 life cycle.

If this is the case then it will be the longest played car game ever I think, as GT6 will take 10 years to complete lol

Well i have a check up on the 28th and hopefully I get told when the screws come out, then I can plan a recovery for myself.

Luckily I havent bought a g25 brake mod yet, or I would never be able to left foot brake!! Not for a long, long time anyway lol!!

Oh btw the 1st car I am going to get in game if credits and Prologue cash/cars carry over is going to be an Escort Cossie MKII! Old skool rally all the way!!

I'll probably try and get a nice racing car, like a mazda 787b... Top of my wishlist has to be whatever red bull f1 car is in the game.

Is there any disadvantage in importing the game from USA when you're English speaking citizen of a small country in eastern Europe with minor language (like Czech republic, my home country :)) that will not be for sure included in game? As we know, there will be 13 translations, so I guess it would be Japanese, English, German, French, Spain, Russian, ... help me with more please :) . But not Czech for sure. And as far as I know, PS3 does not incorporate region codes for games.

With Prologue, the situation was different, it was released in Japan first and there was a language barrier when importing the game.

Steering wheel position maybe? Not likely with 1000+ cars...

Miles an hour and kilometers per hour is easily switchable.

So I'm wondering... 💡

Well, more languages will be: Italian, Portuguese, Danish, Chinese, Norwegian and Greek.

There is only one language missing, so maybe it can be Czech...

No, it's impossible, but thanks for your hope. :)

Edit: It certainly is not possible. I made a mistake. The number of languages will be only 12, sorry (https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=126823#post3812593)

Few of my questions were answered here: https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=128347&page=2#post3892068.

If the CE edition in the UK is way more expensive or worse in content then I'l order the US version and import it.
