Hello Gran Turismo Community!

I’m thrilled to share my latest achievement in Gran Turismo 7: I set the fastest total time in the world on the Tokyo Expressway - Central Clockwise track in the PP550 Clubman Cup Plus event!

• Total Time: 7:14.988

• Fastest Lap: 1:25.929

• Car Used: Subaru Impreza Type R STi Ver.VI ’99

• Controller: Standard joystick (no wheel setup).

🎥 Here’s the full video of my run:

I’ve been playing Gran Turismo for just a short time, but this accomplishment is a huge milestone for me. I’m excited to hear feedback, tips, or even challenges from other drivers in the community!

Thank you for your support, and happy racing!

I'm just curious how you've determined this, as it's not information logged by the game's servers in any way.

Simplistically:
as long as there is no one claiming to be faster, this has to be true.

But the rules are pretty vague, so this record is up to anyone jumping the loopholes.
Like for example using a swapped Miata, or the Hi-Ace, or anything else ridicously powerful.

Mmm, no. It's not true unless it is objectively true. Until then it's just a claim.

Hence my question.

Hi there IXESTK, Welcome to the Forum. Uk guy here and I see you from Thailiand, cool! I hope you enjoy your Gran Turismo 7 racing and this racing community at GTP.

Just to clarify from watching your video, you came first in the Clubman cup race in your Blue '99 Scooby Impreza STI, but are you confusing the fact you came 1st place in the pre-organised GT ingame race that you are somehow the fastest in the world or have broken some record?

Sorry to burst your bubble, but there is no inclining to you holding any record or the fastest time, as the footage you shared, doesn't show the ranking board for this race, if there is one?

That is where you can truly see the world's fastest times/racers and as FAMINE pointed out, there is no record if it being on the GT servers online.

@IXESTK if you want compare yourself to other drivers around the world, you'll have to check in to Sport Mode to begin with.

There's online races and Time Attack challenges in there.

Good luck!
