Worst you've dealt with online...

Just came from a drift lobby. Dude in his R34 kept bragging about how the rest of the cars were slow, and his r34 was fast. To top that all off, he thought drifting was just about speed. That fired up the room, an he was bombarded with what drifting was about. (I was the one who bombarded him the most). Unfortunately, it all just passed over his head. He made up for it a little by hosting many battles around Tsukuba.
 
Had a rather fun moment.

A guy joined and got his Lotus Elise 111R out. It was a superb looking thing, and it was quick.

Then a JDMuppet pulled out his Civic Type-R and rammed the Elise, constantly. So I pulled out my Toyota FT86 and rammed the Civic, constantly. I let the Elise get away and held him back, finally, he said "Go away you idiot" and the guy in the Elise said "Idiot? Your insults are as weak as the VTEC in your Honda." I laughed like an idiot, the JDMuppet got a hacked Civic out and rammed everyone, when he did, he screamed "VTEC kicked in yo!" Down the mic with all his Pre-pubescent fury. He eventually got bored and changed to his Mazda Autozam, so me and Mr. Elise pulled Infiniti SUVs out and gave him hell, the kid couldn't escape from 0-62 in 5 seconds(ish) and a lap of 1:55 around Cote D'Azur. The driver tried his hardest to shake us, but we were 3 steps ahead of him. This went on for a good 30 minutes until he said "Why hit me?" Then others decided to do the same, we had Tank Cars, Rams, Infinitis, hacked GTRs, the works, really. Even his over-powered Civic was no match. Especially for our super roadblock at the hairpin.

Endless fun until now as he is in ghost mode parked at the chicane. Hacking idiots need a lesson taught.
 
XD I hope to find Legacy Machine on GT5 eventually, I'm still trying to find each of my friends from GTPlanet on GT5, I found 4 so far.

Oh yeah, a short story; joined a lobby on the TGTT and chaos, I got rammed twice by an idiot in a Corvette ZR1 RM and got into drag races on the back part of the track. A couple people got grumpy and immature about the host not allowing x1s and hacked cars while I was glad. I wish they would get banned all together, I'm sick of seeing 3000hp rockets in every lobby I join, they take the fun out of GT5 for me.
 
I'll one day start up a little racing league, and youre all invited guys! I'm just thinking it through now.
 
There's loads of bad people out there, especially for trading cars. Just one day playing on the London track, i had drove Gold chrome car, this car was not hacked, a minute after driving the car a couple of guy ask for me to be kicked out of the lobby, 2 of them were unable to stop swearing, afterward i got kicked?

I guess they're doing everyone a favor in the end, but how do they expect to get better?
 
The summary of my time on GT5 tonight:

-Going into cruise and track day lobbies, getting hit a few times by idiots in hacked cars, leaving, repeat.

- Not finding any other decent lobbies (too many hacked car lobbies and honda lobbies flooding my lobby options).
 
Not necessarily bad, but I was in a dirty shuffle lobby the other day (those are really freaking fun if you're up against reasonably mature people), and this guy, who I'm assuming was under the influence of some substance, decided to start singing his favorite songs to us. Badly. It was actually quite entertaining, to be honest.
 
so ive raced a nearly full shuffle race lobby yesterday and this one guy blocked me all along the straight on high speed ring. i finaly managed to out manouver him and he then proceeds to bump in me through the corners and finaly started to lag and subsequently bumped all over the place.
After the race he starts to complain that I dont drive clean.
I replied he should lokk at himself and then ignored him.
 
Me: *hp limit set to 1000ps*

Possibly hacked x1 driver: quit it with the hp limit.

Me: No thanks. You were hitting people in an x1.

X1 driver: 🤬

Me: Look who's talking. *kicks x1 driver, blocked.*
 
I hate when I become the host and some random says "change tire restriction" or "change HP restriction."

Oh I'm sorry. Is 700 HP and Sports Softs too much for you to handle? Or do you just want to drag race in your POS car?

My post above refers to the public cops and cruise lobbies the club I'm in runs. We occasionally host private lounges, but the pub lobbies attract new people to the club and GTPlanet.

Its annoying as heck. I like certain Hondas but the number of rooms are to damn high. Where is the lancer evo vs. Scooby love?
 
Joined an eifel lobby set to the "wings of the red dragon" track from gtplanet. The host said "I'll be back rollin' a 'j'". I wrote "I'll roll a 2J!" and took to the track in my 2J. I had the entire room in hysterics as I flew off the huge hill in my 2J. Someone said "Look at the flying refrigerator!" I nearly cried from laughing.
Good times CAN be had in a mics on room I guess. :lol:
Then someone HAD to ruin it in a Tank Car. Going backwards drilling everyone. I left disappointed after being in what could've been a fun lobby.

The worst part of those honda lobbies is that some don't even allow RWD and they're drag lobbies! You just don't do a drag race without rear wheel drive! I can't even drive my S2000 or NSX.

Do what I do; whip out an Odyssey. Show 'em what a 450HP Minivan can do. :mischievous:
If you can't run RWD, run the next best thing; AWD.
