Yup, I wish that I kept my mouth shut.

:banghead::banghead::banghead:

EDIT: the only irriations I've dealt with online have been the seasonal events. I guess the 'chase the rabbit' AI is really annoying me now.

You're telling me you found a CVT Evo IV doing 250mph in reverse???? This thread just keeps getting better.

Are you sure it's MPH?

I've seen the same thing with a Subaru Impreza WRX STi a few days ago. I also encountered a Fiat 500 that was going like hell a week before that.

Me: Why did you kick me?
Him: u didnt say hi to me every1 says hi to me
Me: You're kidding right?
Him: if i was kiddin i wouldnt kick
Me: Wow. I've never seen such a sad person on GT5 before. You must kick a lot of people every day.
Him: *Rhymes with 'pluck'* you
Me: Aww thanks. You're too kind. Let me show you to my block list.

Could the "Hello" have been an auto-message? I've seen people mistake it as chat.

I have to say the worst thing ever is the entire drag community, now don't get me wrong there are a lot of cool and chill guys in the community but I think there are more bullheaded guys than there are cool and chill guys. I constantly get harassed and insulted etc. It's probably one of the most frustrating yet funny things ever. I laugh at the childishness of it, but I never give up on an argument, never back down from anything unless of course there is a reason why I can do said thing. Seriously you all should check out some of the arguments sometime if you all want a good laugh, laugh at me laugh at them it's all really funny, heck even laugh at yourself for no reason lol.

Around 20 minutes ago I was in a "Low PP shuffle" room where I came across somebody who clearly has a hard time accepting when someone is faster than him.

I was in this room for 5 races with no issues and then the course was changed to Monza where we waited until the 5 lap race started. Practice before the race went fine. Getting my braking points down and so on. I start the race in 6th but unfortunately drop to 12th right away due to a slower car than most of the others ('92 Lancer) and that's where I came across this player and one more guy.

Us 3 battle it out cleanly and closely up until the 3rd lap on the 9th corner (Hard left to sweeping right back to straight) where I tailed him and maneuvered past him fully* after braking later. I get the corner down smoothly also on the inside line unlike him who was on the outside and didn't turn in at the right time. This lead to an attempt to knock me out of the way causing him to hit the sand and go off the track.

I drive off knowing it wasn't my fault and chased the next guy, while the one who went off follows far behind holding his horn down. He catches up again at the first chicane continuing to hold his horn down through the sweeper where he tries to knock me into the out of bounds, getting a penalty for ramming.

I drive off (again) until he catches up to me (again) on the straight before the final sweeper due to my slower car (he was using a '97 supra) where I let him pass without blocking. At that point instead of passing me he decides to brake and (again) try to nudge me into the grass, leading him to going off due to not getting enough of my right rear.

I keep driving to the final sweeper where I brake too late skidding to the outside, saving myself before the sand while he passes on the inside, holding his horn down the entire time. I catch up to him at the first chicane and quickly getting in his draft to pass. We continue down to the bend up until the second chicane where I gain enough speed to get around before the bridge when he (again) rams me into the sand, gaining a car length or two.

He brakes before the 100 meter mark when I brake at the 100 meter mark leading to me getting ahead on the inside, this time giving him a taste by diving in instead of letting up, leading to a pass, not even being fully through the chicane. He tries to retaliate but fails (again) getting a ramming penalty. (Again, smashing the horn)

I drive off taking 10th, finishing the race. For the next two races he continued to whine and call me a dirty driver, not owning up to ANY of his attempts while I insisted he watch the replay. At that point I changed into host when he left immediately.

Sorry for the extremely long post but I wanted to give all the details. Kind of irritating.

I forget which car but there is one that goes that fast in reverse, so you only need to swap out the transmission into any car and it'll do the same.

Why would you argue with anonymous people over the internet? I think I would shake my head at how pathetic it all is rather than laugh at it.

So I took earlier advice and joined a1/4 mile drag room; I was using my Uber-estate (tuned RS6) to monster Skylines and NSXs (900 bhp and 4wd. Easy wins) then someone says "Race me E21!" So I win by a narrow margin and he proceeds to call me a hacker (because, yknow, he wasn't hacking; an 800bhp MX5 and all...) so I just decide to try get my car a bit quicker on 1/4 mile, as I am, haxor asks the host to race me, if I lose; I'm kicked. So he pulls a Viper out and we line up. 3. 2. 1. Go.

I win by a nose and he kicks me. Sends me a message accusing me of hacking.

Crap like this is why I only do road racing with a little bit if speedway racing here and there... Most draggers/drifters are just snobs who can't accept losing but most people I find road racing are chill and accepting.

Based on what I read here I'd have to agree although I've never ventured into a drag room more than once or twice. Circuit racing rooms often leave a lot to be desired as well, especially at higher PP levels like 600+ and on RS tires where everyone seems to think they are Shooey or Vettel. If you stick to rooms that use SS or less tires you almost always get a better crowd. Hard to find, but worth the hunt.

I have to agree 100%. I find most drag racers use the same 10 cars, thus racing can get a bit stale.

I'm not joking, there's basically every e46 in the race. The normal one, CSLs, GTRs, and one GTR race car. Although, the host is doing awesomly against them in his ferrari california and I had bad luck with my tuned NSX. I just can't get the hang of the "Green Hell".

We're having a more serious race in another Ring lobby. If you want to come along....

So awhile back at Grand Valley Speedway, I was running in a 580pp race with no restrictions on car choice. I chose my 205 T16 Evo II and won the race by 8 seconds ahead of the hosts LFA. Straight afterwards the age old excuse of me using a hacked car came up and I was booted. Unfazed I sent him a message telling it wasn't and wished him a good days racing. He replied with something rhyming with brat. My response? Love you too.

Worst i have dealt with so far are rammers. Who just go against the traffic and ram everyone they can.
But then again, i normaly host my own room so i just kick them :P

About 2 hours ago I was in a Nurburgring cruising lobby. Me and a group of friends were all in hybrided cars (they were allowed, I even asked). Someone had brought out a relatively stock Fiat 500 L (the sexy one with the massive bumpers  ). We decided to follow it. The driver typed "You can push me if you want, be gentle though". On the hills we took turns nudging the little 500 up the hills.
While this was happening, a very childish driver in a hacked RedBull X2010 came screaming up behind us, going at least 500mph. He slammed into me so hard I actually flipped (it's possible, albeit VERY hard to do online). The Fiat flew, bouncing off the many walls on Nurburgring like a pinball.
The RedBull wasn't through yet. Me and my friends tried to hold the RedBull back, but he was just too strong for us, and went after the Fiat again. The Fiat managed to dodge the oncoming RedBull X2010, and the X2010 spun wildly out of control.

My friend typed "Kick *PSN of RedBull driver* please he won't stop ramming us"

He was kicked.

Just another clear example of the negatives of hybriding. :grumpy:

Had enough of cops rooms which I aren't hosting!

Before I went out, I had a guy (when I was in my Miura, he was in a GTR) hit me into a wall after the corner at the hill on Cote D'Azur, he hit me again and span me.

I hit him back and drove away.

Later he was going the wrong way, I was now in my Golf R, he hit me and rammed me against a wall (for no reason!) then drove off, so I gave chase (I'm serious) and wanted to give him his own medicine. He slowed and I braked too late (rage makes my thinking bad) so hit into the wall.

I decided to not even acknowledge him now, and got my XJR9 out. I wanted to get rid of the massive oversteer in the car so spent a few laps doing so. I was then hit by the GTR, and he kept on my back right. I was then hit several times after by people going wrong way.

I went on for a bit and was eventually kicked (HE WASN'T!) I've messaged the host and not had a reply.

Now if I see him join a cop room, he will be kicked; I've met him many times on my other account and he's done the same thing.

For example, he hit someone off the track and this person left. So I simply typed "_____ causing trouble in a cop room... Surprise surprise." So he was kicked. Next room I was in, I was in my Autozam, he rammed me for a whole lap and typed "REMEMBER ME?" And this annoyed me, so I brought the Ram out and decided to see if he would touch me. He didn't. Obviously.

So from now on, his PSN is on my new "Insta-kick" list along with a few choice kids.

Sorry for the long post, just needed to vent. Also, I wouldn't recommend quoting the whole of this post.
