1994 Nissan Skyline R33 GTS-T vs. 1998 Subaru Impreza GF8 WRX Hatch vs. 1990 Toyota Celica ST185R GT-Four vs. 2000 Holden Commodore VT II SS vs. 1986 Toyota Supra MA70 vs. 1994 BMW 540i E34
First of all, the BMW's out as I fear the electrical and electronics issues...or because of whatever parts which will break down sooner or later. I have heard bad things about the reliability of BMWs from that era. I don't know about the Holden, but I have a bad feeling about it and I don't like the look of its front grille, so that's also out. Not really a fan of wagon Imprezas, and the paint in combination with the darkened taillights and the black rims doesn't look so good to me. The Skyline GTS-T's rims don't fit the looks - bling just doesn't go nicely with brawny and robustious in a restrained, subdued manner, and I may be wrong, but the reliability of a 90s Nissan isn't so good compared to that of a Honda or Toyota from the same era.
It leaves me with the Supra and the Celica-GT-Four. I'm a huge lover of the Celica GT-Four, partly due to Sega Rally in my childhood. (although it was the ST205 generation in the game) The Supra looks nice and clean but it doesn't produce the same effect on me. Both are from the same manufacturers, but one is from the 90s, the other one is from the 80s...I think the 90s one is safer. The Celica has been driven for more miles, and the four-wheel drive system may cause more problems...I don't know. I'll still take the Celica GT-Four anyway.
Lexus LFA with the Nürburgring Package vs. Ferrari 599 GTO
The 599 GTO. If the 599 is the standard GTB Fiorano or even the one with the HGTE package, I'll take the LFA though, even without the Nürburgring Package. I'm not pleased with the way the 599 GTB Fiorano's smiling. The newer grille on the GTO makes it look much better. To me, the 599 GTB Fiorano speaks luxury at first sight, but the 599 GTO speaks aggression, sportiness, and driving fun.
