RS3 for me.

RS3 for the 5 pot engine, otherwise I think all 4 would bore me a little

Jeep. By far the most off road capable. I'd do smaller wheels (those would get destroyed almost immediately if you took that rockcrawling), more aggressive tyres, an AEV hood instead of that, and get rid of that stupid thing on the grille.
