I really wanted to pick the Vector considering how much respect I have for Gerald Wiegert and the brand as a whole, but I decided to go for the TVR mainly due to nostalgia.

I'm a little behind:

Moggie Trike over Caterham 7
Ferrari over BMW
Neither crossover
Quatroporte over BMW
Alfa over SL
Fiata over SLC
300ZX over C4 Corvette
Crossfire over Alfa
Tatra over Airflow
Yamaha over the other supercars

American Roadsters

Nash-Healey

OR

Muntz Jet

OR

Kaiser Darrin

This is a hard one.
I love all three. The Muntz is the most rare and desirable one however the slowest. The Kaiser and Nash are nice but since these are sports cars I have to choose the Nash because it's the fastest. The Nash does 0-60 in 10.9 seconds.

It's the 1960s and you already know the Chevrolet 327 is one of the great engines. But getting a Chevy is simply too outré. You don't want an off-the-rack grand tourer. You need something special, something hand made, something made to order. Which GT with the Chevy 327 do you buy?

Iso Rivolta IR 300 GT

Not very familiar with any of them, but the Gordon-Keeble looks closest to a retro Ferrari so I'll go with that.

The new one would be more convenient, but the old one is more reasonably sized and can be fixed without computers or a clean room full of specialists. Give me the '48.

The new model is easier to live with, but given the choice, I'd definitely check out the '48 model first.

2019.
