Great win for Joe. other than that Jaguar's race fell apart. Pleased with 3rd despite incidents, way to go MJ for Ferrari! In GT, Sagaris survived late on, Fox had fuel issues but barely made it, as everyone went wild. More to come, but goodnight.

And that commentary was brilliant 👍

Commentery was great, Quali was great. The Race was a farce for me... Third time in a row I have been rear ended in the race. I just had had enough of it tonight and that's why I kept throwing it down the road...

What was the quote for tonight?

I think the best I remember was:
Furi: Is there an oil slick for GT cars at the moment? Fox off, lout off, O'rama, Chris
Randy: WHHAAAAAAAA!!!
Dave: Randy

A great race for me. I will settle for 2nd after an incident with Yeratel that put me down to 5th. Just glad Furi never actually hit me after getting sideways at the horseshoe.

This brings me nicely to the fact that there have been some PT drivers having a go at GT drivers for not getting out the way. Now the tables are turned and as a GT driver I have some concerns about the PT drivers.

Some PT drivers are taking far too many risks in passing GT drives in the most stupid of places.

Entry into the horseshoe and going into and inside the bus stop. Also PT drivers "drafting" GT drivers which is bloody stupid. As we have seen tonight impacts occur.

This Must Stop.

I actually hit you Fox  ,locked all wheels steering hard right

Certainly seemed interesting that incidents were PT related. Me, Dave, O'Rama had some fin at Bus Stop...

Yes us GT drivers can behave ourselves, its a pity that the PT drivers cannot do the same.

I'd like you to implement the above as of now!

PM me instances, and i'll take a look when I do race results tomorrow.

I would disagree there Fox. You yourself came across my car and almost caused a massive accident.

Drafting GT's is fine, just the PT cars need to pull out earlier in some cases.

I have seen myself in last two seasons some pretty mental drafting close to people, it does get stupid.

That is probably because I didn't see you coming. Sorry if that's the case but the PT drives are getting almost desperate at times.

I agree it does, people need to be more sensible in drafting...

And sometimes I guess you could say we are, especially those of us who are wiped out when all they are doing is driving sensibly, time and time again...

Who hit you?

I'd like to bring to attention particular etiquette, that if you're not on the lead lap and not on the pace, please don't overtake the leaders or fight with them. If you are multiple laps down and multiple seconds off the pace, using the draft to unlap yourself isn't going to help anyone, and it could lead to disaster. If you're genuinely quicker than the car in front, go ahead and unlap yourself, but if you're only keeping up because of the draft (or the leader getting held up by another backmarker), please hold your position. :)

Jamsy, near the end there you went off at the kink and lost control of the car, it's just bad luck for me being there, you did nothing wrong there. But the lap before, you overtook me with the draft after I got held up by Randy. That's not something you should do.

Agreed 👍

Agreed. Anything will be added to the Drivers Briefing next week. Still one crazy race. But a bloody good one tonight, after a week of waiting, :gtpflag:

Great hosting tonight Furi. No lag for me at all and only 2 DC's.

All in all a very successful evenings racing.

I had loads of lag in free run on watch race, and Lout scared me several times
