Do not do the transmission flip on this car. It completely robs it of all torque. 172 HP just isn't enough to pull 2nd and 3rd gears using the transmission flip.

I did a reverse transmission flip and the car accelerates much better.

Final gear 2.500
Max Speed 124 (do not change this again)
1st gear 4.550
2nd gear 3.000
3rd gear 2.260
4th gear 1.825
5th gear 1.550
Final gear 2.000

I got gold pretty easily using these transmission settings and the default suspension tune. The car currently is near topping out at the end of the straights, so as soon as I start tuning the suspension and pick up corner speeds, I may need to reset the trans. If I do get the car to over the rev limiter, I will start working the final gear starting point up 50 points at a time.

The default tune isn't bad. It has a bit of mid corner push and once you get some grunt out of 2nd gear, you can spin the outside rear tire on exit. I will start by lowering the LSD Accel a bit. If you are not planning to spend much time with this event, these changes may be all you are interested in doing. Get gold and move on.

My full tune will be coming later.

I got down to a 1:29.089 by my own devices and suspension tune. This immediately dropped me down to a 1:27.8, and a gold. Lots of time to be found in exploiting the torque band of this car.

Had a quick blast no tunes as such. Zeroed Camber and Toe and dropped top speed 2 clicks.

I've beefed up brake settings so I don't have to be on brakes so long (6/8) and I'm missing all the curbs.

Traction Control off ABS 1.

Altered diff to stop spinouts/twitchiness and improve in/out speeds from corners.

Managed 1:29:401 nailing it in first sector but getting out of shape and cant get it right (speed and angle) for final chicane before the start stop straight. Practice and consistency tomorrow - got in top 6000 so I'm happy for now ...

Going to have to get all up in the gearbox/aerodynamics to find a few extra seconds tomorrow.

I ended up pulling a Silver after an oil change. I've not really driven the machine too much, even less so on this particular track, but with the weekend starting tomorrow, I'll be working toward a Gold. :)

I set a 1:29.745 in this time trial. Idk how people people got gold but I tried my best when I set that time. The only problem I am having is understeer even I try different driving style and tuning it. It is responsive but not responsive enough for me.

Nice, i had to do an oilchange, i was stuck at 1:29.300, and could not get faster, so oilchange and got it.
1:28.372. i could enter the race with 559 pp.
What an event. 1st event i tried for 1,5 hours....

@nebneb1978
Oilchange. 559pp 175HP
Stock suspension
brakes at 8/6
Topspeed gearbox just 220kmh.(no gears changed)
LSD 10/11/25
downforce 500-700

Abs 1
traction 1
controller 4

And stay of the curbs.

i used this tune... thank you very much... it helps me a lot... after four attempts i get my gold :)

Easy gold with DS, and a mixed setup. The key is the last chicane, and the medium speed long corners. LSD tune!

Ok so rechecked my time since I didn't remember it last night and it was 1:24.639 with a 57th world position, and here is my tune maybe you guys like it...

Why no camber @0????

sorry dude I don't understand what you mean...
Yeah, it has been so far in every setting that camper values are fastest(most grip) when cambers are set to 0(zero) value, so I was just curius does it give better results with some camber angle on this car?

EDIT: Note to myself:It's camber not camper...

I have not tried with 0 camber but in my mind judging from an IRL point of view I don't think it might be faster, but it might be faster in the game I will try it out and see if it fits my driving style and what I can do with 0 camber when I get off work

Yeah, I think it has been fastest on 0 camber this far, at least on my knowledge.

0 camber is not always faster. On a car like this small ammount of camber, especially in the rear, can be good. Don't assume its faster, because that is not always the case.
Well it's quite easy to assume when it has been the case most of the time. But yeah, I dont know **** about tuning and got curious when I suddenly see everyone using camber on this one. Can you say I should use some camper here? What sort of values should I try?

I'm running 0.5 camber on the front 0.7 on the rear found it gave a good balance with corner grip and exit traction and braking was slightly improved too

I cant, because I have'nt tested it yet. But form what I know, camber should still be 0 in the front, in the rear however, try 1.0 to 1.2 for starters

Having driven pretty much only this car for the past few weeks, I think I would run full aero (800/1000) around Madrid because you can carry more speed through corners (and that is what this F3 car is all about) and accelerate earlier. To carry speed through the corners brake softly (or for some corners not at all) and then use the grip of the tires as you turn to scrub off the speed.

As for camber, I'd go zero-zero and I really like the @PASM setup as a place to start.

I wouldn't put your rear wing that high it will cost you on both the straights and it will also induce mid corner understeer something you don't want on this track I'm running 765/845 it's a pretty good balance for outright speed on straights with still enough grip to get round the corner quickly and on the power nicely

4th gear 1.825
5th gear 1.550

None of my gears will go above what you are reco.ending.

Thanks for the tip 👍
0 camber on front 1.2 on rear greatly improved braking and corner exit speed for me.
Went from 1:25.612 down to 1:25.322 with the camber change #152 at the moment ( average driver only ) previous camber was 0/0
I'm using Hams trans and my own LSD and shauns suspension (tweaked) Thanks Guys 👍
Now can I get into the 1:24,s any more tips ?

I like to try and gold things stock. Was stuck for an hour at 1:29.4 thinking I'll need a tune. Unfortunately when I checked I had one.... power limiting at 86%. Whoops. 1:27.84 stock. Good fun this one.

Edit
1:25.816 for 254th (ish)
with @stiprdr tune. Thanks a lot

0 camber in real life would be ridiculous and usually slower. Camber in the real driving simulator is usually fastest at zero. My GT6 box said the real driving simulator, not the real tuning simulator.

I may be totally wrong, but don't they but some camper on road cars to prevent tire wear? I mean if my tires are going bad really quickly, it's because some tire angles are wrong (cam and toe both?) and the car is wearing those tires out even on straight road... (this how far my knowledge of car settings pretty much go, oh yeah, I know how to change tires  )

GT6 has issues there, a lot of things don't work the way there suppose to. They had come a long way in gt5 but it seems they took a few steps back with the tuning. Hopefully they will sort it out soon.
