Yep, VIP definitely made it worthwhile in FH2. Just did 20 spins last night and walked away with four cars and well over 1 million in credits.

I never had a problem with the wheelspin, though I think if you were a VIP member, you were pretty much rewarded nicely almost every time.

I'm VIP and got the wheelspin perk... Have gotten the lowest reward 3 times in a row.

Got lucky every so often and get a nice car plus tons of cash but not very often.

Not like the dude who got a LaFerrari on his first spin.

Ouch. My game has been pretty similar, but it's that 2x reward that it really pays off. 7,000cr means 14k & so forth. It really pays off if you win a car.

Like other MS products* it seems to get cleaner with each iteration.

FM5 UI was quite plain and ugly honestly, it was functional but that's all you can say about it.

It's pretty apparent they hire graphic designers that follow current design trends with their event posters, and it transfers to the UI. This new one looks good, but I'm more concerned with how responsive it is. I can't stand how delayed FM5 is with regards to button presses (post-race is frustratingly slow, but also buying cars). I couldn't really tell in the closed-door Gamescom footage, but I hope they've sped things up a bit, in the same vein as FH2.

Excellent video and good to see the Fanatec CSW being used. Seems to be implemented really well in game. Guess I'll have to buy the Xbone rim and get rid of my TX. No more having to swap wheels on my rig, joy!

I'm sure I saw it mentioned vinyl importing is returning, but does anyone know if it's from Forza 5, H2 or both? Got better logos already on 5 such as Marlboro and Camel, so would rather it was that if it's the only option.

It just keeps getting better and better. For me, 5 wasn't a major disappointment anyway because it drove so well. To see these features added or returning to 6 is making this version seem totally untouchable.

I haven't heard anything... Was there a demo for Forza 5 aside from the in-store one?

I'm assuming no because it's so close to release date and they haven't said anything.

It would be nice if they did something like Forza Fuel again except with, you know, less Internet "celebrities" and more fans.

It was exciting at first when they announced the road trip with the supercars and ****... Then it was revealed you just get to watch some preselected dudes have your dream road trip. Lame.

Forza 4 did have a demo, it came with the pagani zonda cinque en ferrari 458 on the alps as a new map.

I remember the FM4 demo having the sedan STI and Cougar as well. FH1 had a demo too (and FH2-360, bizarrely after the game itself came out ).

For FM6? No idea, but I think I'll actually skip it if there is one. Getting the digital version of the full game means I'll have to deal with enough bandwidth usage this/next month!
