Being a great tuner and backing it with wins repeatly is great but your attiude and how you talk and treat people is why I think you are a-hole were you are from or what color your skin makes no diff to me I can't even see you but how you treat someone is a thing that I can see.

Maybe as far as your advice goes but there are people that are nice and I will find the help I need. Help being the key word. As far as GME thinking that I am trying to steal there glory keep it I just race for fun and entertainment that is what a game is for. Not to feel that I am the best or make me feel big just for fun that is what I am after and just like most people I like to go fast.

Newsflash for you.....I'M KNOWN HERE FOR BEING AN A-HOLE!! I'm loved by some, hated by more, respected by all because I tell it how it is and if you can't accept it, then it's not my problem. Well I already have tried to help him CSL through the advice I gave to Onboy but he didn't read that bit. All he needs is a max speed between 315-330mph up the top (I won't say exact figure) and then he needs to have a gearbox that can provide the acceleration to give him the ability to reach the speeds he is after. 👍 Also, going backwards on the suspension will help for top speed. :cool:

Dude just hit reset on your trans, move your final up about 900 more then stock, set top speed to 298 then reset your final back to normal spot. Try to get rid of 7th and keep your power band between the 6th gears.. Make small adjustments to each gear, if it doesnt work, reset. move final up a few more, 925 or so, then repeat until you get max speed. It might take you 7 or 8 trys to hit the sweet spot, but its nothing to it really. Most cars just raise the ride to max, set all damps and rolls at 1, lsd max 60, 60, 5....now drag...not rocket science....if the height is off, lower the front all the way, raise the rear to max....have fun...

as for not picking up real wrench haha you dont know me dude so dont judge. iv work in my close friends workshop tuning old school australian muscle and restoring them ok. i play gt5 to calm down after my day, thats all.

Lol you'd kick the crap out of me so many times you'd be bored :D I am taking this very seriously though, I've been taking peeks at cooldude's SSR7 tunes and getting some advice from the doc. One question, is the top speed of the cars affected by online? Cuz offline, I could just about manage a 266MPH, but online, I'm always exiting the tunnel at 265MPH…

UM ok, I dont really drag on ss7, but I run my veyron on daytona with a 5 speed and do 268 on the back, ask around sucka...But im geared for no draft and dont run in a room with boost on or any aids. I only top at 270 but thats it, dont have a ss7 set so cant really speak on it. I run most of my 6th speed cars in 4 or 5 gears, hell my 67 lambo is a 4 speed and it runs 222 alone..

And to the guy up top you dont need all those gears man, I told you how to rid the 7th, the veyron has enough power its not needed, its just like the 8 gears in the lexus, its a waste...yeah the 6th will be a little slower but the 1st 5 will leave the others behind to play catch up, by that time youre out the tunnel, Run a quarter mile and no one will catch you, period.

Well that's why you'll be falling behind us. 270mph for us is cruising speed and I get to that speed before I even reach the end of the tunnel, still 14-15mph short of my undrafted speed.

:lol: Yeah right. NO ONE matches a properly tuned 7 speed Veyron in the tunnel, period. As for the Indy 1/4, I've never tested my Veyron there but since I whip 95% of 1/4 tunes with a tunnel tune, I've got no worries about racing there either. :cool:
 
my veyron and mafias are two of the fastest veyron on the drag strip . We know Wat we are talking about.
 
Speaking of which…I've been testing a few gearbox settings, can I PM them to you to see what's wrong with it? Because regardless how good my offline runs are (got it up to 267MPH), I'm always limited to 265MPH online.

Transmission top speed should be around 330mph. Your tranny isn't that bad, cause if you only tune tranny, you can hardly go faster than 267/268mph. The rest is all about suspension.

(Oh and your Veyron is definitely better now. Big improvement. 👍 )
 
ill be on tomorow night my time in Australia we should all get together and do some drags and talk about where we are all at in the tuning world. :-) :-)
