You Have to try Motion Control Steering

After using both steering control methods, what will you permanently use in GT Sport?

I just tried the Sardegna TT. I first tried with the typical left stick for steering. I managed a 1:34:690. I then tried with motion steering with 4 sensitivity. I managed 1:35:619.

Frankly, I wasn't expecting my time with motion steering to be so close especially in the rally. What I did notice was it was easy to countersteer with motion steering whereas with left stick it was a bigger task.

When i started to play i was usind D-pad.., tryed sticks and finally motion and after that only used motion, it´s more easy to keep trajectorys and your fingers will thank you, no more pain and fatigue, motion and L2/R2 for brake/acelerator was the besto combo i found both for gameplay and for my confort, only need a bit time to get used to and the right posture must be found to have more precision.

For acceleration / braking, I've always preferred the right stick. The L2/R2 combination doesn't work for me. For me too, posture is a little worry too. I'm using my DS4 as a dishplate instead of holding it vertically.

For gauging on how good I am or could be with the motion control, I tried to match the time of Test 48 of the driving school which is the final test around Dragon Trail. I was happy as I was able to best my best time set with DS4 left stick configuration by a second. No doubt, practice will make it better & some fine-tuning of the settings.

But I'm a little doubtful of using motion control on tracks which are narrow for now. The 1st Time Trial under Sports where we need to drive the Porsche around Tokyo I found it close to impossible to drive with motion control. I preferred the left stick. I think a few factors do make a difference such as tyres, car etc.

I tried going back to a T150 wheel but can't use it anymore due to arthritis. The DS4 motion control works just fine even though I still do an occasional hard left turn because my hand thinks I'm holding a frisbee.
