new supermarket one-you position your 'puchases' in the shopping trolly for a perfect 50/50 weight distribution in an attempt to kill off the bloody understeer!!!

The other day I was in a Trader Joes pushing a cart (effectively making it rear-engine). Kept wanting to do some out-in-outs into the aisles, but kept almost running into people! So I made my cart front-drive by pulling it instead! :ouch: At least this way, I didn't mow into anybody else!

When you are doing a world pool in the pool and repeatedly saying "Turn, under steer, over steer,POWER!"

when they built a powerplant near your house only for YOUR consumption!

[but my other post in this thread is better i guess...find it and laugh ;-) ]

When you walk into a ford showroom and wonder why you can't install a racing exhaust and r3 tyres on your focus for 25,000 credits!!

...When you break a chunk of pavement out of a pothole so it's shaped almost exactly like Le Mans. Guilty as charged.

No, no, there was already a pothole there, I just made it bigger with my foot to make it look like Le Mans.

You know your playing too much, when you start figuring out how to hybrid with a gameshark... And seeing how high you can jump at seattle with 50K+ HP...

You know you're playing GT4 too much when you say, "That shouldn't happen!" on Tsukuba Short in Forza.

Hybrid with a Gameshark? Got any codes for that Benz? :D

I have learned that the 'hybriding' with the gameshark is universal, as any car can gain the changes while the codes are active. Basically the benz has a V12 (where they put it I have no idea, lol) and a GTR LM 7spd trans. with a 65.535 times power multiplier. Also it is virtually un-driveable, except in a straight-line. But I will post a thread in the appropriate sub-forum when I have some of the kinks worked-out. As I am still figuring out a system.

Are you PAL, NTSC, or NTSC2?? As these classifications change the memory locations where you have to modify data in.

You know you're playing GT4 too much...
...when you're a Dubai tycoon who tries to build the Grand Valley Speedway on the outskirts of Dubai, then the Special Stage Route 5 and last but not least the Test Course so you can try to hit 250mph in your gold-encrusted Bugatti Veyron.

...you want to reflect on some of your favorite moments of your recent vacation, yet no matter how hard you look through your wallet, you can't find the replay button OR the photomode button.

More than two years ago, when I got into GT very much, I started using the ideal line while walking or riding a skateboard. And I still do it today.

Yesterday, I saw a man riding a bicycle, and he was taking a turn - he hit the apex and went to the edge on the other side. That made me feel good.

When you're drumming to the menu music with your fingers on the controller and making up your own lyrics to it.

Sad...........very sad.

you purchase your car and motorcycle because you liked the way they handled in GT4 and TT, and were able to drive/ ride them well at track days because of your practice in the video games.
>_>

...When you nearly break your PS2 while tilting it in attempts to get it to read your GT4 disk. (Guilty…) [Yea, my GT4 disk won’t read anymore… Gonna buy a new one soon..]

when you have to buy multiple copies of gt4, cause you ps2 keeps scratching little rings in the center and gives you a disk read error

Continuing this theme:

..When you buy a backup copy of GT4 ,even thought the original one is working just fine. :sly:

Bought my backup copy one week ago for 25,90 Euros.
(At this point the addiction is skyhigh)

When you hybrid kei cars with Skyline motors to bring out their full potential. Then race them against prototype race cars.

Then win.

Guilty.

You know you're playing Gran Turismo too much when you think Clint Eastwood made a movie about it, not realizing it's Gran Torino and not Turismo.

When you buy a Skyline GTR and get angry because you can't drive it around Grand Valley or Trial Mountain to seee what its like at the limit!!!

When you buy a suspension kit in real life for your car and wonder, "Where's the screen that allows me to adjust ride height, stabilisers, camber etc.?"
