The Ford Capri Crayford Convertible:

A wreck of this car was shown in The Classic Car Show, beaten up beyond repair. Only 40 were made and had the iconic 3 litre 6

I learned about the existance of the Studebaker pickup truck a couple days ago when one showed up at work.

I also learned recently about the Ford Mustang enduro from looking on the "bringatrailer" website.

Almost certainly known to people in the USDM or AUSDM but I'd never seen one of these before yesterday:

Nissan Maxima

A nice, bigger and longer Primera/Almera

And a badge engineering job I only saw today:

Daewoo Racer

Vauxhall Belmont. Hadn't seen one of those since 1996!

I used to see a lot of those as Pontiac Le Manses until they all just fell off the face of the earth or something.

Yes, that is hardly fitting; because nothing displays the heritage and legendary racing of Le Mans quite like a rebadged Opel Kadett by Pontiac with dull alloy wheels and green body...

...wait a minute.

Coincidentally I saw my first one of these last Sunday, along with Crayford conversions of a Mk2 Cortina and Mk1 Fiesta. Apparently they specialised in convertible conversions for UK market Fords, and they all looked pretty nice :) Will dig out pics, not sure if I got the Capri though.

Darn, I never knew that the early 90s LeMans was another rebadged Opel. Hmmm

Anyhow, I learned about this, the BMW M3 e36 GTR. It looks awesome, I want to recreate one in FM6!

That bumper used to be in Forza 2 I seem to recall.

I don't remember reading about this, but apparently there are a couple LF-A Roadsters. I liked the concept, but these are in full production spec.

Well those have to be incredibly rare examples, considering the LFA's already limited production run. But they do look rather handsome, I have to admit; imagine listening to that godly V10 without a rooftop to lower the volume... Now there is a music that not even the finest Yamaha piano could beat.

In high school, I knew guys that loved the fricken Maximas and I couldn't understand why. Although, they were also loving the Nissan Altima and Honda Accord Coupes, so it didn't surprise me. I couldn't understand the excitement, they're just to me normal coupes. They look okay I suppose, but they're just basically coupe versions of typical everyday cars.
