Had no idea these existed til I found a mod for GT Legends with this monster of a car!

This isn't so much a car I never heard of but more what I didn't know about it.

A Hyundai MPV designed by Pininfarina

Yeah, Lancia did quite a lot of Gr.5 cars back in the day, and they're all monsters.

Also, that Hyundai MPV is the Matrix, a rather mundane car that just happened to bear the Pininfarina name. It's not his finest design, it has to be said.

Speaking of the unknown, I did not know that you could get a Peugot 405 GTI wagon, until I saw one go past me on the freeway today:
The Lancia is pure nuts and that Hyundai just looked like a plain Hyundai MPV. For some reason the name Elantra came to mind (Even though that's a 4 door sedan). Only found out it was designed by Pininfarina as I saw one with the Pininfarina badge on it the other day.

Yeah, the Matrix does look quite normal, bland even. Not a great design, really.

Also, the Peugot bit (which I actually deleted), it's not a GTI, but rather a SRI; a sporty wagon...

...with a Peugeot 205 GTI 1.9 125hp engine.

They have Pininfarina badges above the rear wheel arches. You can faintly see it up and to the left of the petrol cap. Yes, the Hyundai Matrix. More V than MPV unless it has another function other than a skip on wheels, which is how we treated ours for many years; not enough storage space in the house meant it was always full of junk. Including the engine.

There was also a Mitsubishi Debonair AMG. So ugly...

Aw man, it's a pity that a AMG-tuned Mitsu has to look so... awkward. The Debonair manages to look even less cohesive than the Galant, and what is wrong with those wheels? Did AMG forget to get better ones, or was that a quick-fix? I say it's a pity because I'm sure that the perfomance of both models was probably improved over the stock versions...

The Galant doesn't look too bad, but doesn't beat the VR-4. I don't even know what they were thinking when it came to the Debonair.

Totally. It looks like a car bound for the junkyard.

Anyhow, here is a car I just found out about while searching a Japanese car site.
It is the Toyota Duet. All it really is is just a rebadged Daihatsu Storia.

"Classed up" with some out-of-place chrome trim...so tacky. I have to confess I'm liking the front end redesign in that last image, though. (And I have a soft spot for keis.)

Oh and that Silverado Reaper makes me want to rip out my eyes and stuff them in my ears, because I can somehow hear how ugly it is--not entirely unlike something smelling so bad that you can taste it.

An oficially-made Sierra with a V8 engine? That's pretty impressive, never thought it was possible to do that to a Sierra. Imagine if the Cosworth had a V8...
