Are they like "NOOO" because she's getting back problems (which seems fair enough), or because she's having a breast reduction, or because she might miss some of her maths lessons while the size of her breasts are being reduced?

Why would you be like "NOOO" because someone was getting their breasts reduced. If it was causing them pain to have such large breasts and they got their breasts reduced to stop them from feeling as much pain I'd be like "YEEESSS", because someone will be in less pain.

Good point but a lot of boys like looking at big breasts and off course I would be happy someone is in less pain. Personally, I don't really mind.
