I absolutely agree to that. I think it's awesome that they're getting 250 hp out of an NA rotary engine. A friend of mine wants to get one and drop twin turbo into it. Could you imagine the horse power that would come out of that beast?

I somehow feel like this post was sort-of directed at me...
Anyhow, I would definitely take an STi or Evo VII over a Ferrari or some expensive Jaguar any day. Several people call me dumb because of it... but, even if I did win the lotto, I'd still be going for some sort of practicality.
Besides, the cars just kick ass.

the topic may be, if you won the lotto, but as has been stated, some of us don't have huge dreams or want to keep things slightly practical. Sure, a ferrari would kick, but I like to be the guy on the block that IS NOT standing out. I'm not a areal flashy kind of guy and an RX7 is perfect for me, not to mention absolutely beautiful in my eyes. Which, BTW, I saw a nice black one tonight and am once again, in love. I WILL have a 3rd gen. RX as soon as I grad from college and can finance me a vehical Hoping to still have an MX3, KL powered if possible, for my year round "grocery getter" 100k $$ plus vehicals just aren't worth it in places like WV, but here I go being practical again, hehee.

Hell yeah! I have 2 videos of that car(that extremely badass yellow Supra) on a disc, and I watch them all the time...
It's incredible, he's sliding sideways around a track at around 90-100mph, and his tires are producing hella smoke...:burnout:

Not yet! I have the shorter version of it from mkiv.com though...
I had my brother download the 28.mb version off mkiv.com(love that place) onto a disc, and he's going to mail it to me. I would have downloaded it myself if I didn't have a stupid 56k modem...

well it's basically the same... there's one more lap, but the guy's a lot more conservative. The last 30 seconds are like the small one... still got some good shots though...
And i downloaded it from my 56k modem... took about 2 hours... i started it at around 10 pm, and i went to sleep... the thing kept on working, and it eventually shut itself after it had finished. (the modem keeps on going as long as there's some transfers happening...)

Well, seeing as how I have it on a disc heading my way, I'll have to try downloading a long video other than that one(shouldn't be too hard finding another video at mkiv.com
)... I have a feeling it would take longer on my computer(mine tends to download at a whopping 2kb/s) Concerning the part in italics: I always forget about that. I never remember I could just watch T.V. for a few hours, or play GTA3 while it downloads, thanks for reminding me...

Most now are just short little clips, that take 2 seconds to d/l.Yeah, I d/l a few things here and there(I'd d/l more if I had a faster connection), but the real long videos(especially those containing Supras) I have my brother download them onto a disc, and mail them to me...
He's sent me a countless number of discs containing hundreds(slight exaderation) of car videos. I've got some real sweet ones, like a red tri-turbo Toyota Supra on a dyno. It has like 900+rwhp, and 800+ ft/lb of torque! It honestly sounded like a jet trying to take off, and it's BOV was EXTREMELY loud! I also have a bunch of street-drifting videos.Anyways, I could rant on and on and on about Supra's and whatnot, so I'd better go to bed before I do so...

Do you mean twin-turbo F50's? I've seen them but never a twin F40. The F40 used to be my dream car, but i haven't followed it for a long time now, (since I got a real car, hehe), so there may be twin F40's. Just wondering..
