Your Faaaave Drifter

The only way I could see that happening with with a lot of power and some serious oversteering because those settings pull against your car pretty hard once sideways.

lol, i have my one Camaro Race Car with Racing Mediums. it has like 900+ hp and i wanted to see how people drift with TCS on so...
I set the TCS to 1 and ASM to 0 and then set brakes to 4 in the front and 24 in the back
All u have to do is make the car go sideways and floor it while counter-steering (duh)
it's soo funny drifting with soo much power and you go pretty fast too.

Well tcs of one isn't that bad...In fact it seems the car basically behaves the same except for the start. I wanna see someone drift with stock asm/tcs settings of 10/5 =)
 
I've only found it possibe with very warm tires and say 900hp. And I can only manage a smaller turn before my car is yanked into the opposite wall :(
 
I now have a new favourite drifter, the S15 Sylvia. Mine has about 305bhp on sim tyres with full lightweight, race suspension, race transmission and a few other toys. Put simply, it's the most controllable and fun car I've ever drifted!
 
i personally don't like full lightweight....the car tends to whip back into the previous position it was in b4 u started drift..
I dunno if this happens to the S15 but i kno it happens to most cars...
 
yeah... too much lightweight the car gains traction easier......... so if ya have a heavy car.. its good to drift with.. if ya kno how 2 control it.... cuz the weight will keep the wheels slippin
 
it is ALLL about the 3000GT for my favorite drifting car
