Your most hated car in GT6

When you say you brake, release and brake again..how long do you hold the brake button down for?
I'm talkin bout like 1 second quick taps,3 or 4 times and then brake before the apex, let go of brake, steer car around and accelerate once the car is straightened.
Well,I don't think there is an "ideal" setting for each person as we're all different and drive the cars differently.
Like I said before, experiment with it and see what works for "you".
Say for eg; set the FR-5 and RR-4..

Typically, I would ease on the braking before the turn, but if the car gets unstable then I release the brake & brake immediately. Maybe this car would be easier to drive with when using a Steering wheel?

Most of the cars are very obedient but this Viper seems more of a Stubborn Mule.

Thanks for the brake settings.

I know how to handle it too but I hate it, because 1: It is ugly, 2 it is to heavy, 3 it does not corner well.

I think it is funny to race against on most tracks though, here is the 1,000 HP super fast super expensive beast of a car getting smoked by a run of the mill road car. I think the only race I have saw it beat the other AI cars is on SSX

Fair point man!
I just love the car, the looks, the sound... And I'm sure it handles better than some other GT6 cars too, but that's just my opinion :D

So basically you say: I hate the fast cars that IRL are also that fast, just because some other sucky cars aren't as fast as they can be IRL...
FYI the Supra also delivers around 1000 BHP in GT6 when tuned, the skylines do 850-980 in GT6. So really I don't see your point.
No i hate PD inconsistency with cars powers

The Toyota Prius TC gets my vote. Sure, it's reasonably fast and it drives well, but it has a CVT, the most annoying transmission in the world.

It does keep the engine in the torque band when coming out of the corners, but then the engine drones all the way to the next corner.

I'll take the CR-Z TC any day of the week.

Hate it, the anticar for me
I hate that i have to use this piece of .... in a "race".
(They should have used the Prius for the challenge where you have to go as far os possible with limited fuel but NOT for a race)

Also hate what PD did with the FXX.
It's a race car so it should have race tires and parts, and it should not be a AI car in street car races.

Hate what PD have done to the Audi S1 also.
Feels so boring and unspectacular, so nice to drive.
No one would say that about the real one...
(sound, turbo-lag)

Love it.

And it's not true that it corners bad, the problem is that is so insane fast and sturdy on the straights that it feels like you have to brake very early and crawl around corners.
(Enzo also is a bit like this)

GT-R's are also one of my most hated cars. As well as all the other 'auto win' cars that everyone uses.
A typical 550pp room consists of: LFA, GTR, GTR, LFA, GTR, LFA, LFA, LFA, LFA.
A typical 500pp room: NSX-R, NSX-R, M3 CSL, NSX-R, NSX-R, NSX-R, M3 CSL.

Most of the time these cars are around 10 seconds ahead after a 5 lap race. I just don't understand how that is fun. Woopty doo, you just smoked everyone in an over rated car that is obviously broken, and apparently it's the only car you have because you keep racing it over and over and over and over again with the same results. . . . .
No one is impressed.

In GT6 things have changed :sly: the NSX and the BMW's are no longer winning cars IMO.
And the Mazda RX500 beats all of those in this list easily (if you count concept cars as road cars)
The RX8 concept (both models) are beast too.

The 2003 Prius that I bought for the one-make race and the Electric Circuits event. Uuurrrgggghhhh. It didn't even have enough 🤬 momentum to go faster up the hill at Matterhorn. I actually left, bought some sports softs and did it that way, since it was the only way to I was going to keep enough speed through the corner and not waste time going slow up the hill.

I just drove the RX500 for the first time after reading your post, since I was wondering if it could be faster than the Miura at 550pp and holy crap! This car is insane, balance and grip are out of this world. Definitely the best 550pp of the game, just as fast as the Miura (or maybe even a little bit faster) and easier to drive, it feels like cheating.

One of my favorites. I've won more then my fair share with this truck in GT5 & 6. It really works well in rooms full of people with questionable driving abilities.
Right, when you think performance Grand Touring the first thought to cross your mind is a light duty four wheek drive domestic truck.

Supra '97 in real life can out put around 1100 BHP when tuned, The Underground Racing Gallardo has around 1400 BHP i don't see them cranking those horses in GT6 its obvious the bias toward Nissan cars

The RB engines are very easy to tune and they key thing is they are reliable. the 2JZ also has these attributes. I am not sure about the gallardo holding 1400hp reliably though

Come here and rant about the car(s) you hate in GT6, personally i hate i hate and i hate all the GTRs they are 🤬 overpowered and been given a power that do not deserve, a freakin R32 can smoke a 2011 Gallardo when both fully tuned its so damned absurd how the BHP goes up on these piece of 🤬 of a cars when you tune them.
Add computer +100 BHP
Add exhuast +200 BHP :scared:
Add Turbo +300 BHP :banghead:
Obviously am exaggerating but you know what i mean i just can't stand these cars and what make it worse everyone using them online it makes me hate playing online nowadays.

/rant over
yes i know am having a meltdown but i had to vent all my hate, god damn you Kaz and your Nissan affection!

Now what is YOUR most hated car(s) in GT6? :D
Well yeah, in reality the skyline series and GT-R are very tunable and can put out enormous amounts of HP.

Have you never heard of the Skyline / GT-R nickname? It's called Godzilla and called so for a reason.

I know some people are fans of Lambos and other hyper cars, possibly even young fans who haven't learned a lot about the history of their favorite cars and that cars manufacturer. This could explain why some might think an exotic supercar like a Gallardo should perform better than a car like the Skyline. The uneducated might not realize that Nissan has a rich history of racing and the Skyline and GT-Rs have a rich history of winning races while Lamborghini has a rich history of...well...fast in a strait line exotic cars and...tractors. Lamborghini has very little racing history compared to Nissan, Toyota and even Ford and Chevrolet and that's fine. Lamborghini builds exotic cars for people who want an exotic car, not a thinly disguised street legal racecar like a McLaren F1

Cars I HATE

Veyron - despite what is said by its supporters it's big, heavy and has the handling characteristics of a log on a flume ride. It's also as ugly as a dung bettle. But that's fine, the real car is built for exotic car collectors, not for performance enthusiasts.

Cizeta v16 - see above for reasons I hate it. WHY this is premium and why this was included in the 15th anniversary car pack is beyond me. It's not as ugly as the Veyron but sucks to drive just as much.

Stratos, R18 and the R8. I like Audi a lot so I don't know what happened here. If the Stratos is an accurate simulation of the real car then that's the most dangerous car ever made. It's a death trap

Yeah, lol, I was also shocked about how good this car is. I think it's kinda hard to drive, but once you learn it, its very fast in both corners and straights.
And how curious btw, its japanese :sly: Never seen a japanese car being great in GT

PD need to fix some of these ****ing cars most of which have been listed are much better in real life. I never seen a Stratos kill someone when they first take it round a corner and even the Veyron handles better. And I think nothing in real life is stopping us from making some forms of modifications on cars like limitations on changing bodywork on some cars and putting a turbo on a 458 for example (that has been done by Hennessy)

The LCC Rocket - Makes every other car seem pudgy and distant.

Seriously.

The Prius/Tesla Roadster both have a lack of "meat" when you chuck them about. The Racing Golfkart feel may well be the future.

I've properly driven about 40 or so cars in GT6 - The worst of them is not the Honda Fit, but the Lancia Delta HF - that felt terrible. (Could have been while I was going Cold Turkey from my LCC Rocket addiction though.)

Veyron - Bit of a dumptruck. But once you drive within the envelope of the tyre grip it has, it is nice enough for a porky 4WD car.

Actually the Honda Fit and the Alfa MiTo/ Honda Civic Type R all felt pretty nice into corners, cocking a back wheel up as we say here in Englandland.

The Red Bull X2014 Junior. Though I haven't driven the proper Red Bull X1 yet, so that might be as well.

But the Junior, the reason I can't stand it is because of the way it drives, it's so insanely easy to drive. It takes about 40 or 50 seconds to blow away the AI in the Brands Hatch race you do in the Junior championship, and the car never ever loses grip... Ever! It has no feel whatsoever, no under or oversteer, no wheelspin, no brake lock up, nothing. It's fast, and that's all. There is just one good thing about the Junior, which is the fact that (from what I know, which isn't much, mind you) it doesn't exist in real life. So maybe I'll dislike X1 more, because there is one of those in real life.

Well at least I no longer have to drive it, that's a plus. And that is also my rant over.

Pagani Zonda R

To me, it's just all wrong. For GT3 cars, I'm the fastest with the R8 and I really like ripping around in the Stratos. But the Pagani, well, it just sucks. It feels like I'm driving on ice. I have to go back to the menu just to make sure I don't have comfort hards on the rear wheels.

I don't brake on continuously. I brake - release & brake again so that the car doesn't get unstable but the Viper is still wanting to dance around.

What would be the most ideal brake settings for this car so that my hatred for this car gets a little less?
Hmm, I have never experienced that. I think the Viper handles great. But to each his own opinion.
Oh and to answer the original thread. I can't stand the Cizeta V16.

You know what can beat them? The Shelby Cobras & the A/C cars 457. Just have to be tuned for handling. I'm real close to having a tune perfected!

Crappy cars the game forces me to buy. A waste of Cr.
Like the Honda Fit f ex. I got so pissed when the game forced me to buy it, I actually sold it without using it, and bought a Yaris instead.

Same with the seasonals. So far we only get time trials anyway, so why not provide the car? I don't want an S2000 or an Integrale, and even worse, I do not want to tune them!! I got away without tuning the Lancia, but I had to waste Cr. on the Honda.

And not doing the seasonals is not an option, since there is far to much Cr. at stake.

"Hate" is such a harsh word.....I dislike many cars as they have changed from GT5, especially the Audi's. They were my go to cars in GT5 and most are a handful to drive in GT6.....some may say that this is due to the new physics, but if they are really this twitchy, I don't see how they have been so dominant in the racing world unless their drivers know how to deal with it.......Regardless if we were forced to buy the Fit, it was a fun car to drive and it handled itself quite well.....
If you hate a type of car, don't bother buying it.......
