Dev most of the time you are negative

Why quote me I never called him a perfectionist/perfect all I said it made me laugh when people say that. Dev people like you though make me laugh, but i'm not going to get into that, I just hope you race as well as you talk

See you when GT5 comes out 👍 You are just to damn funny.
I quoted you because I wanted to know where was this reasonable logic when it went against the GT Defence Team? It seems the logical apporoach was quite silent when the illogical arguments are pro GT.
It's how everyone justifies anything, Dev. NFS Shift has dreadful physics issues and way off sound samples, but because the big mean cars and big loud sounds suits certain players, they deal with it. Codies' F1 2010 has a slew of issues from many gamers' reports, but the fans eat the bugs because they don't have much choice if they want a new F1 racing game. Most people had a strong dislike of Enthusia, but the core fans found something to cling to. And some of us are familiar with Forza's shortcomings, as well as Ferrari/SC Challenge.
Except for the most part fans of those games didn't spend huge amounts of time making unfounded and unlikely claims as to the level of perfection those games would achieve only to turn around and happy accept their flaws... in fact as far as I know the two biggest examples (Forza and F1) fans are and have been openly and honestly up in arms about the flaws in both games...
So you kind of prove my point by illustrating that this rationalization and acceptance need is sort of a GT centric issue.
It's called "weighing pros and cons," and for someone who juggles them in almost every post with sometimes wild abandon, surely you know better.
Except it's not weighing the pros and cons, it's weight the pros ane excusing/rationalizing the cons.
Because the situation is entirely different.
It's funny, I have friend who's wife is always putting rules on him, but as soon as the tables are revered "But this is different!"... it's different because she doesn't like it or because it's happening to her now.
MS spent untold sums to hire modeling houses in some rather unusual places like Vietnam to make content for their games.
You seem to really hate Vietnam... is there supposed to be something bad about hiring out work there?
The fans justify the price paid for it.
I don't know what fans you know, but most of the ones I know who have been affected aren't making excuses to be happy about it... they are just continuing to be pissed they aren't fixed.
Having buggy, mostly finished work in Forza is.
And having 80% of your cars be lower quality GT4 imports isn't?
you could take some pics yourself of bot cars in Forza 3 if you're feeling adventurous.
I only borrowed a F3 for a while and I am not a photomode guy so I never really knew much about that aspect... I see what you are saying though.
Regardless, this is just another example of how people pick and choose which flaws to grouch over.
While it's true anywhere some flaws will get accepted, as I said it seems dramatically extremem around here between the certaintly GT5 will be perfect and destroy everything else to the rationlization of some pretty big details.
I mean just imagine what would have gone down had T10 had some of the same issues?
And hopefully, this does sound sensible to you.
Depends... if you are talking about just this moment, yes.
If you are talking overal, no... it seems sensible that a multimillion dollar job done by a very experienced studio would have done a better job at scaling their goals to be achievable in a reasonable time frame.
